We loved location, roof terrace and washing machine a bonus. Wonderful apartment. Agents responsive to messages and have office nearby. Agreed to a late checkout.
Only small improvements we would suggest: A hospitality welcome box with coffee, tea and milk for first night would have been appreciated but there is a 24 hour shop next to complex. Newer mugs as some are chipped. A 4th sun lounger would be good but there is alternative seats on terrace.

The property was clean, and there was a lot of space for the whole family & having the extra shower was great after a beach day/ swim.
The location was incredible & the restaurants we tried up the road were some of the best we have ever been to.
Not a lot other than the terrace was overlooked so not as private, also the pool was quite cold and it was supposed to be heated. Most days we could still use it but it would have been better a bit warmer.

Sehr sauber, sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung, die für die Vermietung des privat Apartments zuständig war. Sehr große Terrasse. Parkplatz im hauseigenen Parkhaus direkt an der Wohnungstür. Gute Klimaanlage.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war leider unzureichend. Eine Flasche Wasser, ein paar Kaffeekapseln, Salz und Pfeffer, eine volle Rolle Toilettenpapier etc. sollten bei dem Preis eigentlich Standard sein. Stattdessen leere Schränke mit einem Minimum an Ausstattung. Daher gibt es für die fehlende Gastfreundschaft Punktabzüge. Beim Duschen Geduld mitbringen, das Wasser läuft nur so gerade eben aus der Kopfbrause.
