The outdoor terrace is fabulous, great if you want to stay in a bit and make food, sit outside and enjoy the views. They also have a water filter so no need to buy bottled water. The pool area is really great too, we stayed towards end of April so it was very quiet, sometimes we were the only ones there!
The area is top tier, quieter than the main part of Costa Adeje and a bit more upscale. The property is only a few minute walk from the beach and there is a 24/7 shop below as well as other smaller supermarkets being a few minute walk away. Overall it is good value for money.
I think overall the apartment is a little tired it could do with a bit of an update. I do believe the building has a water pressure issue, so the shower in the en-suite off the main bedroom is basically unusable. There is also loose light fittings in both bathrooms. Also be warned that you are very close to the neighbours and they can be quite noisy on occasion, we didn’t mind so much but if you are looking for complete peace and quiet when sitting outside then I wouldn’t recommend.
