Nice, clean apartment , spacious outdoor area, direct access to the terrace from every room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. The property is walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. The host gave us clear instructions prior to arrival and responded promptly to any requests during our stay.

Good size, good layout. Location is excellent. Very quiet and very comfortable. Everything worked once the new kettle was delivered. We spent a month living in the apartment and we enjoyed it. It was clean and tidy. We had excellent support from Eden Rentals.
It’s clearly a rental property and could benefit from a bit of cosmetic maintenance and decoration. It is comfortable however.

Love the area, beds were comfortable,the outdoor seating and facilities were excellent
The traffic on Calle Helsinki is very heavy and loud and we were unfortunate to have had a some very noisy neighbours,not the fault of Eden Rentals
The bathroom/toilets have inadequate ventilation
The kitchen needs upgrading with repair to freezer drawer, sink plug not working , new kettle, a water jug, better tableware. Only 1 Champagne glass (?)
