Appartamento ok ma manca la pulizia

Residence silenzioso e immerso nel verde, appartamento grande il giusto e fornito dell' essenziale. Parcheggio interno ma grande disponibilità anche all' esterno. Vicino al mare. La ragazza che ci accolto è stata molto gentile, come le abbiamo chiesto le coperte che mancavano è arrivata in 20 minuti.

L'appartamento non era per niente pulito e non perché avevano appena finito di sistemare la caldaia e noi abbiamo fatto il check in anticipato, ma perché la pulizia è proprio scarsa. Polvere ovunque, pavimenti sporchi, quinto letto letteralmente montato da noi, il materasso era sotto un altro letto e per terra: come abbiamo tirato fuori il materasso per fare il letto, è uscita tantissima polvere. Disponibile un altro letto a brandina ma lasciato fuori in balcone e, benché coperto, era in condizioni pessime. Bisognerebbe mettere un divano letto o un quindi letto più comodo e aggiustato.

Le jardin est magnifique. Les piscines sont tops. L’appartement est bien agencé et bien équipé,au calme et à proximité des plages, des commerces de toutes les commodités. Les propriétaires sont très bienveillants !

Appartement met fijn balkon met mooi uitzicht op binnentuin en zwembad in de verte. In de buurt lekkere bakker, supermarkt en bushalte naar Antibes, Nice en Cannes.

Tout était parfait 👍 Propre, super bien équipé, commerces et bord de mer à proximité...notre chien accepté 👍 Parking. Accueillis par Pia très sympathique et qui nous a même conseillé des sorties éventuelles aux alentours. Très belles balades sur Antibes. Merci à vous

Spettacolare.

Appartamento pulito e molto spazioso, situato in un grande residence ma molto silenzioso. L'appartamento aveva tutto quello che serve. Molto comodi i due bagni. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 adulti e 2 ragazzi. L'host molto disponibile. Molto comodo per chi ha la macchina il parcheggio privato interno. Il residence ha la piscina e i negozi per prendere da mangiare o altre cose sono molto vicini.

Forse i letti non sono molto comodi e da cambiare assolutamente i cuscini.

Schönes Aufenthalt im Oktober

Die Anlage der Apartments war schön, wenn auch die Gebäude an sich schon etwas älterer sind. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das hat man bei der Größe nicht so oft. Auch waren die Badezimmer relativ neu. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Die Lage war gut, ein paar Minute zum Strand. Supermarkt ist auch in der Nähe. Bis nach Antibes Altstadt sind es schon ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt. Giovanni war ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Er hat sofort regiert, wenn es Probleme gab und war auch sehr gut zu erreichen.

Die Möbel der Küche sind funktionell ok, haben ihre besten Zeiten aber schon hinter sich. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmer haben sehr geknarrt. Die Tür der separaten Toilette ließ sich nur sehr schwer verriegeln. Der Pool in der Anlage ist zwar in Ordnung, aber leider war uns das Wasser zu kalt. Das Meer mit etwa 20 Grad im Oktober war deutlich wärmer.
