Il leaving room spazioso consente una buona interazione con tutti gli ospiti. La dotazione per l'intrattenimento è molto buona. la cucina è funzionale e con elettrodomestici di prima qualità. C'è una buona privacy e non si sente confusione, traffico ecc. I materassi dei letti sono ottimi. la temperatura delle docce è ben regolabile e non vi sono sbalzi di temperatura quindi molto confortevole. Una delle camere ha una grande cabina armadio molto comoda.
Condizionatori sporchi e non manutenzionati. Scala interna molto scomoda. Illuminazione molto scarsa. Dettagli dell'arredamento poco curati per il prezzo richiesto. bagni senza bidet: Bagni organizzati in modo scomodo tanto che gli ospiti di alcune camere si trovano a dovere usare a volte bagli di altre. non abbiamo avuto le chiavi dell'uscita del giardino e questo ci ha costretto a camminate con attraversamento pericolosi per accedere al parco comunale.

- dreckige Schubkästen (verklebt, Haare) - dreckiger Pool (ein Teppich voller heller Hundehaare) - Waschmaschine verdreckt (Schwarze Reinigungsschublade, Gummi, Trommel) - Garten verbrannt und ungepflegt - sehr dreckiger und ungepflegter Zustand, es fehlte überall an Pflege und Liebe - Haare überall, nicht sauber geputzt - Urinspritzer an der Wand neben der Toilette, Urin an der Toilette - … - …

Mooi ruim huis met groot zwembad met een aantal verbeterpunten
De airco op de slaapkamers en de woonkamer. Het grote zwembad. De ligging. Nice was op slechts een half uurtje rijden te bereiken. Op 15 min sta je in het centrum van Antibes. Heel mooi stadje!
Een houder voor de douchekop boven het bad in de kleinste badkamer had handig geweest alsook wat meer glazen (vooral wijn en bierglazen dan). Ook jammer dat het zwembad niet verwarmd was zoals vermeld op booking.com. Er leek nochtans wel een warmtepomp aanwezig te zijn. Gelukkig hadden we er weinig last van door de hoge temperaturen.
