the best bed is very important!
Very uncomfortable beds, very noisy, back hurts, very far from Paris, to Disneyland by metro 30, not counting the fact that it takes another 15-20 minutes to get to the metro by bus

It was around 40 mins away from Disneyland by train, which was pretty comfortable; the apartment seemed quite clean
No shower towels provided (only face towels were given); Also, it would have been nice to let us know the building was going under external renovation and therefore we had workers making noises starting at 8 in the morning. We left the window open during the night and unfortunately some dust and debris entered the apartment early morning while we were sleeping.

Gute Lage. Bahnhof mit Anbindung nach Paris (und vermutlich Disneyland) in 800m zu Fuss erreichbar oder per Bus in <200m. Supermärkte in der Umgebung. Sehr gutes WLAN. Küchenausstattung ausreichend. Unkomplizierter Bezug, da statt Schlüsselübergabe Codeschlösser verwendet werden. Schnelle Antwortzeiten des Vermieters.
Grundsätzliches Problem ist die Sauberkeit. Es hingen noch Handtücher der letzten Mieter am Haken. Es sollte dringend mal eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt werden. Die Wohnung ist nicht wirklich gemütlich, da es keine bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt und das grelle Licht in der Küche nicht einladend wirkt. Als kostengünstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit guter Bahnanbindung jedoch ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Alle Geräusche aus den Nachbarappartments werden wahrgenommen. Laute, stark befahrene Straße vor dem Haus. Die nahen Bahngleise sind auch zu hören. Eine geoffnetes Fenster in der Küche gibt es nur mit Lärmbelstigung. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es insbesondere im nach hinten gelegenen Schlafzimmer in Ordnung- Der zugesicherte Parkplatz im Grundstück war belegt. Rauchmelder liegt demontiert auf dem Kühlschrank.

La proximité avec les transports en commun, Paris et Disneyland Paris. Très bien pour une famille avec enfants (trampoline dans le jardin). Stationnement pour le véhicule. Propriétaire très gentil.
Proche des voies ferrées (bruyant) et absence de Clim.

Geldiğimizde yataklara serilen çarşaflar kirliydi, buzdolabı ve mutfak dolapları içi ve dışı kirliydi .çarşafların kitli olduğunu söylemememize rağmen , orada temizlikten sorumlu kadın kabul etmedi . Temiz olduğunu iddia etti. Tekrar çarşaf istedik .getirdikleri de kirliydi. Beyaz yastık kılıflarında sarı lekeler vardı . Kiraladığımız oda da çamaşır makinesi vardı . Yıkadım ve lekeler çıktı . Kendim matketten temizlik için deterjan aldım ve 3 gün kalacağım için evi temizledim . Dolapları sildim .
