The property was lovely, clean, and well presented. Zee was amazing throughout our stay. She was always available, easy to reach, and genuinely happy to help whenever needed. She even thoughtfully dropped off a fan for us, as she thought it might get hot. Her warmth, attentiveness, and care made the stay even more enjoyable.
The only issue was the ironing equipment. The iron was black underneath, and the ironing board had a burn mark through the fabric and foam. As I was there for a wedding and needed to iron a white dress, I had to use linen sheets to protect it, which was inconvenient. This could be improved.

The location is great with lots of shops and takeaways nearby. I definitely would stay here again with my family.
Only one thing but understandable given the current climate, the shower pressure is a bit low on the electric shower.

Amazing room equipment and easy access to bus service and shops.
Little dusty so we called the owner for hoover and she came to give us.

That it was close to the front door. The bathroom was decent
