German comfort. All is decent, but nothing over the top.

Everything is walking distance away. All is very decent and works.

Very minor things, but the bed was quite hard. Also don’t book this expecting a view.

Generally room is nice and clean, also location. It is okay for one night

Location was good for that price. It was clean. There was also little kitchen, we could make tea or coffee.

I didn’t like ventilation in room, and there wasn’t any in bathroom. Someone smoked marijuana near windows. The smell came inside and it took a few hours to air it out.

We did not feel safe in the complex. People knocking on our windows at night, couldn’t pull down the blinds, the door to the foyer did not lock properly. There was a washing machine pictured and not there.

Good for a short stay.

The apartment is located in an inner courtyard, where you can park your car. Well-equipped, tiny apartment, good for a short stay. There is a washing machine and a kitchenette.

Reconstruction is going on in the neighbour so it comes with some noise and dust. There is a kindergarten opposite so kids can be noisy. :-) But you need always to open the windows to get fresh air. TV channels were not working. You always need to adjust the electricity in the box to get warm water. The bathroom is very tiny. Neighbours can be loud at night, and a lot of cars are coming and going under your window.

A great place to stay while on the road

Clean, with all the things you need when on the road. It had a small kitchen with all the required utensils, a washing machine and a comfy bed. Parking is in the yard, next to the property door and this made it very comfortable to bring all the luggage inside.

Lage, preisleistung und Ausstattung top top top

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super und auch das es Parkplätze im hof gab. Das Zimmer war sauber, die küche sehr gut ausgestattet (auch wenn wir sie die paar tage nicht genutzt haben). Das Bad war modern es gab Handtücher und Bademäntel. Sogar eine Waschmaschine war da.

Leider war der Kühlschrank extrem laut (hab ihn in der zweiten Nacht ausgemacht). Dir duschkabinentür war nicht dicht, nach dem Duschen ist alles geschwommen und der tv funktioniert nur mit amazon oder netflix Konto, normale Sender gingen gar nicht zum einstellen.

Je ne peux pas juger la qualité de lappartement car je n’ai même pas pu y entrer.

L’appartement dispose d’une boîte à clé, en arrivant sur place à 18h, la boîte à clé était vide. J’ai essayé de joindre l’hôte pendant 40 min. Elle ne répondait pas. Jai contacté booking pour leur dire que j’étais devant la porte sans savoir quoi faire. Elle a fini par répondre par SMS en allemand. Je lui ai dit que je ne parlais que anglais. Elle ne répondait que en allemand. Finalement elle a dit que l’appartement n’était plus disponible !!! J’ai du trouver un autre hôtel à 19h ! Elle ne s’est même pas excusée. N’allez jamais louer cet appartement !

Die Unterkunft war zentral gelegen, direkt City nahe! Da ich in Karlsruhe geboren bin, kenne ich diese Ecke von Karlsruhe sehr gut, die Unterkunft hatte ich das erste Mal besucht!

Gefallen hat uns leider nicht, dass das Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Küche in einem Raum ist! Das Bad war mit Schimmel in der Dusche und in den Ecken sehr vermehrt ersichtlich! Die Jalousie war auch defekt, sodass eine Privatsphäre nicht garantiert werden konnte, zwei von drei waren jedoch in Takt! Auch das Mobiliar im Wohn/-Schlafraum war durch Vandalismus offensichtlich beschädigt und ein öffnen oder schließen der Tür war nicht möglich! Eine vorhandene Kaffeemaschine war auch nicht vor Ort wie versprochen! Ich würde die Unterkunft nur bedingt weiterempfehlen!

Super zum Übernachten, zentrale Lage

super Lage und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr bequemes Bett, gut ausgestattete Küche (haben sie aber nicht benutzt), Waschmaschine und ein kleiner Schrank vorhanden, die Bademäntel waren das Highlight für meinen Mann.

Das Bad war an sich gut, nur gab es einen Duschvorhang (das mag ich nicht so) und die Ablagen waren alle sehr klein und schmal.

Für die paar Nächte hat es auf jeden Fall super gepasst.

So ein bequemes Bett! Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage Sauber, super ausgestattet Einchecken verläuft über einen Code

Das Bad hat leider etwas gestunken nach Ausfluss. Das Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoss, leider gab es keine Fenster Rolladen, die mehr Sicherheit geben.

Parkeren is gratis en voor de deur. Locatie is op minder dan 10 minuten lopen van stadscentrum.

Aantal kleine ongemakken, zoals rolgordijnen die niet sloten waardoor kamer niet echt donker was, vaste douchekop deed het niet.

War ok für zwei Nächte.

Bett war sauber und bequem.

Der Müll vor der Haustür… wir konnten durch den Geruch das Fenster nicht öffnen. Es war aber ein Ventilator vorhanden. Durch den Müll wurden Ratten angezogen die nachts entsprechend Laute gemacht haben. Weiterhin fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine… das wäre ein leichtes eine einfache Filtermaschine zur Verfügung zu stellen.
