Die Wohnung ist ansprechend groß und sehr zentral in Durlach gelegen. Das Einchecken klappt problemlos und die Wohnung bietet für einen Kurztrip alles, was man benötigt.
Leider ist die Küche als solche sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Daher haben wir leider kaputte Schubladen und eine generell starke Abnutzung bereits auf den ersten Blick erkennen können. Dies muss dringend behoben werden. Die Küchen-Ausstattung war hingegen in Ordnung. Entgegen der Erwartung hatten wir sogar eine Kaffeemaschine. Generell würden wir die Wohnung wohl wieder buchen, sofern die Küche modernisiert wird.

Die Wohnung ist angenehm eingerichtet und gemütlich. In dem Bett konnte ich gut schlafen. Die Straßenbahn vor der Tür hat mich persönlich nicht gestört. Ich fand die direkte Anbindung nach Karlsruhe (ca. 20 Min.) super.

L'atmosfera calda e familiare della sistemazione, in condominio tranquillo, posizione centralissima. Di fronte la fermata del tram ma un appartamento silenzioso e luminoso.
Ci sono 2 stanze da bagno ma per noi italiani avere i servizi igienici in una stanza diversa da quella dove solitamente ci si lava è un po' insolito. Massima pulizia comunque.
