Superb

We were a family of 6 people staying at one of the apartments at the house. The apartment was clean and enough for 6 people. The balcony of our apartment 11A was amazing and it was looking to the lake. The kitchen was well equiped. Even though the location of the house is a little away from the city, the house is 7 min walk to the tram station which takes you directly to the center. Moreover, the walking path from the tram station to the house is really nice. The hosts speak English and are responsive to the messages.

I think that the price of 15 eur per person for the pillow cover, duvet cover and towels is too much. The walls which divide the two bedrooms on the second floor have no acoustic isolation and you can hear everything from the other room. The check in and check out times are not flexible. I think that at least leaving the luggage if you arrive a little bit earlier than check in time (15 00) should be flexible. Checking out one hour later than 10 00 costs 20 eur.

It was clean. The kitchen was well equipped.

The pictures advertised were of a different apartment and looked nothing like the one we stayed in. We were charged an extra €15 per person for towels and bed linen which is extortionate, especially as the towels were tiny (wouldn't fit around a person) and the duvets were too small and for summer and we had to put the covers on ourselves. Also there was no heater in the second bedroom and as it was winter I consequently developed a bad cough.

Ein ruhiger Rückzugsort mit Verbesserungspotenzial.

Positiv ist zum einen die ruhige Lage am Wasser, die generell gemütliche Atmosphäre sowie die Ausstattung der Küchen und Bäder.

Die Räume sind teilweise etwas nachlässig verarbeitet, das Geschirr war teilweise dreckig, die oberen Räume waren recht staubig und nicht Schallisoliert. Die Betten waren in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Sie haben teilweise geknarrt als würden sie gleich zusammenbrechen und die Matratzen waren überwiegend sehr unbequem.

Der Blick auf den See ist schön, die Tretboote ein Plus.

Wir hatte eine Wohnung mit 4 Zimmern gebucht, leider war 1 Zimmer aufgrund eines Wasserschadens unbewohnbar. Dies war uns nicht mitgeteilt worden. Es gab keine Entschädigung. Die Einrichtung war sehr billig und spartanisch (keine großen Töpfe, keine Spülmaschine, keine Möglichkeit Kaffee zuzubereiten, nicht wie angegeben Kinderspielzeug). Der Esstisch war beschädigt. Das Bad nicht sauber. Das Internet und damit auch Fernsehen hat nicht funktioniert. Und war zugesagt worden, dass uns eine Frenshpress für Kaffee noch gebracht werden wird. Dies ist nicht passiert.

Für Kurzurlaub gut geeignet.

Großzügige Wohnung (11B), Gute Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, ein Tretboot am Haussee zu Nutzung

Sehr hellhörig - keine Dämmung zur Nachbarwohnung, dadurch im Schlafzimmer sehr laut, wenn die Kinder ins Bett gehen. Wohnung teilweise renovierungsbedürftig (freiliegende Elektroinstallationen im Wohnzimmer und Bad, Rollos defekt, Tapete löst sich)

Tolle und idyllische Lage an dem kleinen See, relativ ruhig.

Änderung des Übernahmeverfahrens kam erst am Anreisetag um 10:40 per email. Kam erstmal nicht in die Wohnung. Außenananlage ungepflegt und vergammelt. Sitzplatz und Eingangsbereich schmutzig. Wohnung C ist ein langestreckter niedriger Anbau, der durch die Dachschräge zum See hin keine Stehhöhe hat. Das einzige größere Fenster ist zum See hin und befindet sich auf Bauchhöhe; von zwei Rollos ist eines defekt. Wohnung sauber, ein Handtuch zu wenig da. Möblierung ok, ein niedriges Schränkchen mit 60cm Breite soll als Kleiderschrank dienen. Elektrische Ausstattung top. Kücheneinrichtung ist spartanisch, Geschirr völlig ungenügend.

Direktes Wohnen in der Natur an einem kleinen See mit Enten und Pfau. Möglichkeit zum Schwimmen im See und Nutzung der Boote.

Sehr schöner Ausblick mit abenteuerlicher Ausstattung

Der Ausblick auf den See, und der gute Zugang zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Auch die Ausstattung an Büchern und Spielzeug für die Kinder war eine schöne Abwechslung.

Heizung wurde nur auf Anfrage eingeschaltet, daher mussten wir die Heizstrahler nutzen bei einer Raumtemperatur von 14 Grad. Leider war einiges an der Einrichtung stark beschädigt (Kühlschrank und Dunstabzug) und auch einige Steckdosen waren offen.
