Very nice and clean room with equipped kitchen.

Easy access, clean and warm. We have got nice room with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine in the bathroom. We stayed just overnight, but I recommend it also for several days stay. Parking place was full, but parking in nearby street was for free.

Better inside than out

We had everything we needed for a short stay. The apartment was clean, well equipped and warm. Private parking was available. Easy check in.

The area around the rubbish bins was horrible, the bins were overflowing and clearly very little was being recycled. The parking spaces aren't marked resulting in one guest taking up all the space.

The kettle a bit broken, i shoud take my hand so it can run The key box a little broken, when the code in position you should pull it hardly. So far the hardest during 10 years using these kind system everywhere in some countries

It was a good apartment , near motorway , clean and tidy

The host sent me the instructions in Dutch language and I had problems with translation because of my internet connection to get into the apartment but overall it was great.

Looked like it wasn't used Very hot on arrival due the heatwave and no precautions Broken shutters and other things and some dirty pans The rest was clean and fine for a 1 night stay Need a car to get around, groceries etc Pizza around the corner, American diner a bit further.

It is a very neat appartement for a one night stay, explanation for the keys was very easy!

During our stay we had only cold water, for the sink as for the shower which made showering very unpleasant for a group of 4. The curtains for the windows were broken, so light shines through it in the morning when it gets light. Besides that it was very warm inside, the cheap ventilators don’t offer any help.

all sun protections on windows were a bit broken, so... our children were already awake at 6 am we advise to install airco, as it was already warm, even when it was only 19 degrees Celcius that day

Modern, amazing location, amazing cleaning lady, I do recommend for +2 days stays!

The place is so clean! Modern, it has everything you need. Except for shampoo or shower gel. We travelled here in April, with our arrival it was so hot inside because of the AC heating system that was put on maximum lol. We turned it down to help save gas and money for the owners, but we do appreciate the warm welcome! Near the highway, yet still quiet. Handsoap and dish wash soap is available. Modern interior, even got 2 bathrobes to use while you stay there! Tap water is drinkable in Germany, delicious water. Tap in bathroom can also have hot water! We stayed here for one night as layover, but I recommend staying here longer! It’s near so many cities, and this apartment has got everything you need. Even an iron and a washing machine! Everything was so clean, the cleaning lady does an amazing job. Also easy parking, always a spot available next to the building itself. It’s easy to carry your heavy luggage to your apartment this way.

- The window curtains of the roof apartments can still allow some sunlight to come through because it is a bit broken. Just bring an eyemask/sleep mask to wear if you’re sensitive to light. - the keyboxes are kind of hidden lol, they are on the left of the main door and stairs of building 12E!

The apartment was so hot that it was impossible to sleep. The fans were provides but it was not enough to cool the apartment which was in the roof.

Loved that it was exceptionally clean and comfy beds

It's hot and stuffy at the top floor. You need more than one fan. Possibly two powerful box fans to air the place..The design of the kitchen makes no sense. The sink in the kitchen is practically inaccessible and so is the drawer for the utensils.

the sofabed was really uncomfortable and there was no possibility to eat with children, just high chairs and a bar

It's clean, small but cosy. A very quick and easy check in/check out. Great restaurant La Terazza nearby.

nice home but very far from city centre

all amenities were provided. The apartment was small but well furnished.

It is very far from the Karlsruhe HBF station if you don't have a car and take the public transport. Especially if you have luggage and cannot walk for long distances, it might take you an hour to reach on normal days. In the early morning taxis were unavailable as well. Nearest grocery store is 16 mins by walk. shower in the bathroom has bad drainage so the entire floor of the bathroom gets wet if you take a bath.

Don't expect much

Good location for transit. Good idea of interior, but poor execution. For 2 adults that will be fine.

Whether bad luck with users or it's a matter of low quality materials and furniture, but the room looks quite damaged. Walls, doors. Shower and kitchen tap are barely functioning. Not convenient items. Feels like there was a good idea for design and use, but the result is not comfortable at all. No ventilation in rooms. The couch is really dirty. There is a room for improvements.

Easy check-in and check-out, comfortable apartment with a great, small kitchen. Clean room and good location with free parking.

The room was a bit warm, it was a sunny day in Karlsruhe (around 22 degrees), I imagine in summer it's quite hot.

This was a terrible experience for multiple reasons.

I needed WiFi for some work I had to do and the WiFi was not working at at all. It took a while for the managers to respond and they never fixed it. Also, there was a construction crew working on the apartment directly below tearing out walls and stonework—it was really-really-really loud. They should not have rented this apartment while that work was happening. The work continued after 5pm when I left the apartment and started again before 9am the next morning. Since the WiFi was not working at noon the next day, I decided to find new accommodations—which was not easy.

Maybe you should change the detergent that you use to clean the apartment, because there was a very strong smell, which almost did not disappear all the time. The angry neighbor on the second floor.
