À fuir absolument – une expérience cauchemardesque
J’ai vécu un véritable enfer dans ce logement. Les propriétaires, des personnes âgées résidant au premier étage, passent leur temps à la fenêtre à surveiller chaque fait et geste, comme si vous étiez sous haute surveillance. Ils n’hésitent pas à venir frapper à votre porte à n’importe quelle heure pour vous faire la leçon, voire exiger que vos invités quittent les lieux immédiatement, sans aucune politesse ni discrétion. L’intimité est inexistante : on se sent épié, jugé, harcelé. À cela s’ajoute une qualité de logement médiocre : un manque flagrant de linge de maison, des ustensiles de cuisine quasi inexistants… Rien n’est pensé pour le confort du locataire. L’expérience est indigne, inconfortable et stressante. Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, la Wi-Fi est facturée 3 € par jour (!), ce que je n’ai jamais vu ailleurs. Pire encore : le propriétaire est venu à 22h frapper à ma porte pour me réclamer 50 € en espèces sous prétexte que j’avais un invité. Une méthode aussi inacceptable que déplacée. Et tout cela pour un loyer mensuel de 3100 € ? Ce logement n’en vaut même pas un tiers. C’est du vol pur et simple. Je déconseille fortement cette location à quiconque souhaite passer un séjour paisible, respectueux et digne. Ce lieu est à éviter à tout prix.
