A comfortable apartment within reach of the old town on foot

Easy enough to find with Sat-Nav and a quick phone call brought our host on his bike to give us the keys and show us around (including showing us how to operate the coffee machine, a type we hadn't seen before). The apartment has two bedrooms, each with its own key, while kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. No-one had booked the second bedroom the night we stayed so we had the place to ourselves! Our room was big, with a table to eat at as well as bed and wardrobe. Parking was on the road which ran past the blocks of flats and we found a space in the long line of parked cars, only about 30m from the flats. The same road went into the old town , about a 20 minute walk away, but worth it for the bars/cafes there.

Ok fir one night

Comfortable.clean , big room.

No one there to meet you & let you in . Had to finally phone the host who had to come in his bike to let us in . Parking was on the main busy road . So had to cross the main road to get to the apartment & back to the car . On a busy traffic light crossing. No zebra crossing or lights to cross. The room was on the main road so couldn’t have the windows open all night lots of traffic noise. From midnight till 6am was a bit quieter . Shared kitchen & bathroom was a inconvenient but for the one night was ok. Didn’t like the kitchen & bathroom light coming on automatically in the night when going to the bathroom. Everything was worked by remote control or automatic. Lights. Blinds. Doors. Ect .

Being close to work, friendly owner and a decent kitchen, it was very clean and comfortable bed. A fridge with drinks and a proper coffee machine. Nice bathroom.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Lage: viel zu laut, direkt an einer vielbefahrenden Straße, mit offenen Fenster kein Schlafen möglich. Das Bett war sehr weich , über der Dusche war die Zimmerdecke teilweise verschimmelt bzw schwarz .Insgesamt ist die Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig. Auch irreführend ist am Anfang der Annonce die Bezeichnung das die Wohnung einem alleine zu Verfügung steht, und im unteren Text erst mitgeteilt wird, das es sich um eine gemeinsame Küche sowie ein gemeinsames Badezimmer handelt. Nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Hele vriendelijke meneer! Overeen gekomen om te annuleren zonder kosten! Omdat we geannuleerd hebben, kunnen we ook geen beoordeling geven.

Het was niet wat eigenlijk zochten! Het was een appartement met meerdere kamers. De rest vd faciliteiten was gedeelt.

Niet de beloofde privecy. De keuken en vooral de badkamer moest gedeeld worden met permanente gast. Staat zo niet in de beschrijving. Ik vraag daarom compensatie. Mijn vrouw verschoot zich een bult toen ze van de badkamer kwam. Dit kan echt niet!!!!!!

Apartamento limpio y confortable

Es un piso con 2 apartamentos separados compartiendo cocina y baño, si no te toca nadie es una maravilla porque todo el piso es para ti . El anfitrion Klaus se portó de manera espectacular, me habilitó un lugar para la motocicleta en el patio interior del edificio, el apartamento proporciona gel y champú y una Pastilla para hacer una colada de lavadora. El apartamento era muy espacioso y muy limpio, tiene TV pantalla grande con netflix y canales internacionales .

Appartamento comodo per chi deve visitare Karlsruhe in auto e si deve fermare solo una notte.

Check-in con il proprietario che ci ha spiegato tutto, dandoci anche qualche consiglio per visitare la città. Parcheggio gratuito nella via sotto l'appartamento. Televisore con canali multi-lingue.

Scale senza ascensore e insonorizzazione da rivedere essendo su strada trafficata. Attenzione al bagno e la cucina in condivisione (noi non ci eravamo accorti, ma non è stato un problema).

El apartamento está genial. Tiene de todo. La cocina super completa. Además nos recibieron sin problema bastante tarde porque el avión se retrasó. Fueron muy amables.

Lo único malo es que si quieres ir con transporte público al aeropuerto es un poco complicado y se tarda bastante.
