Spacious apartment at a reasonable price

The apartment is spacious. Its location is great. A free parking space was important for us. We have not seen the hosts at all, their welcome message contained all important information.

We had only minor issues. The water pressure in the shower was weak, it was not easy to wash long hair. The lock on the key box near the entrance was very hard to open, even though the code was right. The sofa in the living room was not comfortable to sleep on, as it was not flat and its middle part was very hard.

Amazing apartment, everything what you need to stay and even more. It is new and super clean. Great kitchen with coffee, thee inside. The key were left in de box with the code. Free parking also great!

The sleeping couch is very fancy but uncomfortable to sleep.

The apartment looked very promising but no working shower made our stay a negative experience

The room was clean and light. The setup was spacious.

We did not have warm water in the shower, also the shower did not drain well and it was therefore difficult to shower comfortable.

Solid place for a short stay!

Sleeping arrangements for up to 2 people is perfect!

Third person(pull out couch) sleeping setup hadn't been cleaned in a while, so the three of us squished together in one bed. It worked out ok!

Good for a couple

Good price for money. Clean and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is nice, excellent parking.

The 2 sofa beds were just sofa, inadequate as bed for adults. I'm very disappointed for the uncomfortable beds for my kids. The staff was able to speak only Russian or Ukrainian. The shower was not so warm.

Pleasant

First of all, the apartment is in a great location. There are stores nearby, restaurants and much more. The fact that there us a parking spot for the apartment is a big bonus. And the apartment was clean and had a really nicely equipped kitchen.

But there is a fact that can't be ignored: The apartment had one big bed (probably 1.8m per 2.00m), a small sofa and a couch which you can transform in a bed. We booked the apartment for 4 people but the the couch ended up to be way too small and uncomfortable for two people. I can totally understand why people why people were complaining in the reviews. It is a great apartment but not for more than 2 people, especially adults.

Exceptional

Central location, but very quiet, spacious apartment, kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare a meal, if desired. Although we communicated through messages, the host made us feel welcome and quickly helped us with the small problem that arose. Free parking in the yard. When we will visit again the beautiful Karlsruhe, we will stay here again if the apartment will be available

Nice location, free off-street parking, very clean

Booking.com indicated that the property sleeps 4. We were there with our two teenaged kids and there is no way two could sleep on the sofa bed. Thus if you are a group of 3, this place is perfect.

A szállás jó helyen van, az udvarban az apartman bejáratánál lehet parkolni (amennyiben marad hely). A lakás tiszta volt, minden rendelkezésre állt. Az állapota alapján 1-2 éjszakára elfogadható, többre nem.

Az apartmanra ráférne egy alaposabb karbantartás. A zuhanyzó csap állapota kritikán aluli, ugyanez elemondható a mosogatóról. Minden egy kicsit elhasznált, leharcolt. A mennyezeten több helyiségben is ázás nyomok voltak.

Innen in Ordnung außen pfui

Grundsätzlich ist die Ausstattung in Ordnung bis gut. Die Lage ist zentral und nahe an der Fußgängerzone.

Der Innenhof ist total verdreckt. Im Innenhof sind die Mülltonnen der Anwohner und diese quillen über und alles liegt daneben. Es laufen Ratten über den Hof. Die Mülltonne der Appartements sind eingezäunt. Jedoch hatten wir keinen Zugang dazu. Es war nicht beschrieben wie der Zugang zu den Mülltonne erfolgen kann. Nicht einmal das es sich dabei um die Mülltonnen extra für die Appartements handelt. Es liegen Kabel offen an den Außenwänden ob dort Strom drauf ist, weiß ich nicht, hoffe aber nicht. Es war noch ein altes benutztes Handtuch im Badezimmer. Es fehlte die Bettwäsche für unseren Tochter, die auf dem Sofa schlafen sollte. Zum Glück kamen wir aus dem Urlaub und hatten noch eigene Bettwäsche mit. Der Geruch war muffig. Die Gardinen sind zu klein um den Raum abzudunkeln. Es war somit hell im Schlafzimmer.

Esperienza negativa

L'appartamento è carino e pulito, la cucina ben attrezzata. Ritiro chiavi perfetto. Appartamento a piano terra con ingresso e finestre sul cortile dove si parcheggia, quindi vista brutta e non si possono tenere aperte le finestre di notte per sicurezza. Fornito un piccolo ventilatore che non ha rinfrescato granché la stanza. Fornito solo un po' di sapone liquido lavamani in un flacone quasi finito. Mancava il terzo letto prenotato.

Abbiamo prenotato e pagato un terzo letto che non c'era!! Al suo posto abbiamo trovato un divano con imbottitura tipo vecchi materassi, senza lenzuola e abbastanza sporco e macchiato. Abbiamo richiesto subito spiegazioni e dopo un paio di ore ci hanno portato solo un lenzuolo copripiumino( senza piumino!!) e federa senza alcun lenzuolo per coprire il divano e gli asciugamani per la terza persona che mancavano. Dormire su quel divano è stato un incubo, scomodissimo. Non è un divano-letto. Sul sito c'era scritto che parlano inglese invece a tutti i messaggi mi è stato risposto in tedesco e anche al telefono parlavano solo tedesco.

Karlsruhe ist immer eine Reise wert.

Die Lage ist großartig. man ist schnell überall. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars, Cafes... Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Was mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat ist, dass im Schlafzimmer die Rollos gefehlt haben.

Come godersi una vacanza mentre si è in giro per lavoro

La posizione è ideale, vicina al centro e all'Università HKA. Nei paraggi ci sono locali, supermercati e fermate dei mezzi. L'appartamente è molto grande e comfortevole, c'è spazio per lavorare, pranzare e rilassarsi sui divani.

Il getto dell'acqua è molto debole, fare la doccia e lavare i piatti è problematico. L'appartamento era pulito, non si può dire lo stesso del bollitore, il cui utilizzo era impossibile dato l'accumulo di calcare.

Superbe emplacement et stationnement idéal pour la voiture

Pour la 3ème fois nous venons dans ce logement. Le logement est très bien situé pour notre activité. Le stationnement pour notre voiture est idéal, emplacement dans la cour privée. Logement avec de grands volume. Un bon minimum dans la cuisine. Contact avec l'hôte rapide.

Toujours des problèmes de calcaire au niveau de la douche et de la cuisine. Nous avons laissé un message à notre l'hôte qui s'engage à régler ce problème.

Accesso alla casa senza problemi. proprietaria disponibilissima, chiamata per problema con calorifero è intervenuta e in 5 minuti ha risolto,. stanza soggiorno con cucina a vista, essenziale. Stanza da bagno pulito e ordinato, manca solo una finestra. camera da letto spaziosa. Parcheggio interno gratuito ottimo

Alles war sehr modern und alles, was man braucht, auch vorhanden.

Das Schlafsofa im Küchen/Wohnbereich ist leider nicht mehr so komfortabel. Man spürt den Unteegrund. Es war leider auch kalt im Appartement. Da wir keine Ahnung von Gasheizungen haben, wäre eine Anleitung dafür gut gewesen. Im Bad hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert.
