La posizione panoramica e la riservatezza del posto immerso nella pace. Casa molto fresca, ampi spazi e pulizia.

La tranquillità
Cercavamo una location un po' fuori città perché abbiamo le biciclette, sono dichiarati 3,4 km dal centro di Perugia invece sono più di 10 km su una strada piccola, in salita e tutta curve. San Marino è un piccolo agglomerato di case senza alcun servizio. Letto comodo, non c'è nessun armadio e l'impianto elettrico lascia un po' a desiderare. Va bene solo per due persone perché c'è solo un letto e il divano ha visto tempi migliori...

Endroit calme et spacieux. Très bien équipé. Francesco est très réactif et serviable. Bien situé pour visiter Gubbio, Assise, le lac Tramisene, Pérouse
1 peu de chauffage le soir aurait été bienvenu. L appartement à la chauffage central mais en cette saison il était coupé

Geräumig und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, sehr ruhige Lage im Grünen, Außenterrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen, sehr freundlicher, kommunikativer Vermieter.
Der hölzernen Läden, die auch zum Verschließen der Wohnung dienen, sind schwergängig, schleifen am Boden und sind umständlich zu öffnen und zu schließen. Einige Wandsteckdosen sitzen lose. Die Ein- und Ausfahrt zum Grundstück ist für normal hochliegende Fahrzeuge mit längerer Front etwas kniffelig, da sie drohen, vorne aufzusetzen. Ist zwar alles zu bewältigen, die beiden erstgenannten Mängel sollten aber kurz- bis mittelfristig behoben werden.
