The agrotourism was born around a small rural exploitation which produces olive oil, wine and jam, and is composed of 5 charming apartments recently renovated, bright and panoramic, decorated with a superb swimming pool which overlooks the valley with an overview of the city of Perugia.
The apartments overlook a garden, next to the swimming pool, a children's playground and an outdoor barbecue. The apartments are tastefully and simply furnished, ensuring a comfortable stay in the countryside on a working farm. The gîte is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.
All the rural apartments are perfectly restored, each has a private entrance and overlooks a shared garden. Inside, they are tastefully furnished and equipped with television and independent central heating.
