Central to everything and comfortable!

The location is directly in the center of the old city. The proprietor Bruno is an exceptional host. He is extremely helpful and makes you feel at home. Also, the ability to park your car steps from the apartment is a real plus.

A beautiful city and a great central apartment

Great to be able to park so near. Host very attentive. Right in the middle of the old town short walk to get to cafe restaurants and shops. We will go back

Excellent stay. Absolute highlight for us was the stained glass museum. Don’t miss it

Spacious for a city break. Location was excellent. Bruno was particularly helpful and welcoming. Even managed to park right outside.

Amazing.

The location was excellent. The accomodation is better than in the pictures. It's quite spacious. The guest left coffee and sugar for us. And he is truly the most gentle and accomodating host.

A quiet stay

Nice, cosy apartment close by the city centre. I didn't use the kitchen as it was a one-night stay only, but everything I needed was available. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially in assisting me while I was travelling to get to Perugia, and my train was really late on schedule.

There was no wardrobe, but considering the length of my stay, it didn't really matter

La cosa più bella è che il proprietario ci ha aspettato tenendoci anche il posto auto vicinissimo all'appartamento.

La temperatura della stanza era un po fredda al mattino quando ci siamo alzati. Il termostato è nascosto dietro un quadro e non ci aveva avvisato.

La pulizia poteva essere più accurata. Gli armadi presenti erano occupati da biancheria e coperte invernali che riducevano gli spazi per i propri effetti personali.

Ne plus prendre la voiture et se balader à pied à partir de l’appartement dans le centre-ville.

La gentillesse de notre hôte, la proximité avec le centre de Perougia et la kitchenette.

Nous avons été légèrement gênés par le bruit le soir mais fenêtre fermée ça allait très bien. Parfait pour rester 2 nuits.

bellissimo soggiorno

La casa è in una posizione perfetta... pulitissima e vicino a tutti i luoghi d'interesse. Ha tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza senza pensieri. Inoltre, Bruno, è una persona simpaticissima, sempre disponibile e conoscitore della città, della quale è pronto ad indicare i principali posti da conoscere. Se dovessimo ritornare a Perugia, ovviamente, la prima scelta sarà questa casa.

Отличные апартаменты! Перед заездом связались с хозяином. Он прислал подробную инструкцию с картинками. Встретил по приезду, помог припарковать машину практически возле двери. Для старинных городов Италии это чудо! Апартаменты расположены практически возле входа в старый город. Для нас не было проблемой подняться по небольшой лестнице. Апартаменты просторные, комфортные, ощущение, что после хорошего ремонта. Холодильник, удобная кухня, хороший Wi-Fi. Рекомендую! Если еще окажусь в Перудже, то остановлюсь снова

tutto sommato ok, la pulizia poteva essere migliore

posizione centralissima, posto auto assicurato, casa piccina ma con molti comfort, host disponibile

la pulizia del bagno e della cucina, che l'host ci ha addirittura tenuto a notare... in realtà non era granché, anzi... la doccia non era stata lavata (bene?) e c'erano dei capelli non nostri, il tappetino del bagno era pieno di polvere e sporcizia, i fornelli della cucina pieni di briciole e sporcizia accumulata da chissà quanto tempo. Sarebbe stato meglio non dire nulla, invece di fare brutta figura :(

Soggiorno confortevole e vicino a tutte le attrazioni

Casa molto bella pulita e confortevole, vicina al centro da dove si può visitare il centro di Perugia. Ottima la possibilità di avere il posto auto sotto casa per l'auto. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento molto pulito e si può trovare tutti i confort per il soggiorno.
