Location was great, near 2 stations, accessible to line 3, 5 and 6. The bus going to and from the airport was near, i like that it is walking distance to DDP, and if you plan to go to cheonggyecheon stream, you can also walk from there it is about 20 mins away by foot. A good starting point if you plan to trek in seoul. It is also near the restaurants.
No lift, if you have a large luggage, you might find it hard to carry. But other than that, the place was perfect.

Good value for money. The facilities are a bit dated but well maintained and in good working condition. Convenient self-check-in, prompt communication from the owner, free coffee and snacks, and adapters available to use. Bath towels can be picked up on the first floor. Overall, very convenient.

The guesthouse is conveniently located close to a multiple subway stations. The online-check-in worked perfectly. All amenities one might need are provided (water dispenser, private refrigerator, washing machines, as many towels as you need and much more). Since the room is quite small it cools down quickly once the AC is turned on. It is possible to store luggage under the bed so it's not in the way when using the room.
The bathroom is not necessarily small but the toilet is located in such a way that it was difficult for me to sit on due to my height. Essentially there was almost no leg room.
These other aspects were not really a problem for me, but it should be noted for potential guests: The room was very small (even a little smaller than what I expected). The bathroom door is made of glass (although not see-through) and does not fully prevent some bathroom smells from coming into the room. It's no problem if you open the windows, just be aware. Also toilet paper must be thrown into a small bin, not into the toilet.

The property is really nice, while being very simple it provides everything you need and makes you really feel at home.
I also really enjoyed how it is so organized and clean!
Everything was perfect for me personally
