綺麗で清潔感はあったが説明が英語ばかりで使い方がよくわからなかった。
せめて韓国語、日本語の説明書があって欲しかった
写真の情報が少なくて思ってたより狭かった

地下鉄駅に近く立地が最高です。また、部屋は広々とは行きませんが必要な家具がコンパクトにまとまっていて、滞在する上でストレスはなかったです。チェックインとチェックアウトは端末で行いましたが、日本語対応しており迷うことは無かったです。また利用したいと思います。

立地の良さ、親切なスタッフ
2人用の部屋は本当に寝るだけのスペースのみ。トイレ・シャワールームが部屋の外にあるため、不便であった。また、廊下は暖房など効いていないのでシャワーを浴びた後、冷える。シャワーも温度調整が難しく、中の仕切り？のドアも閉まらなかったため普通に使うと水浸しのなる。東大門のスパなどを利用した方がいいと感じた。
値段と立地のよさで選んだが、少し値段が上がっても2人ならホテルなどの方がくつろげるし休めるように思う。施設自体はインテリアなども凝っており清潔な印象だった。
