    i am so sorry that i have to tell you this. im staying there for 5 night and it was terrible experience. let me share my experience for those upcoming travellers. pros: - near ddp subway station - 7eleven across the road - safe environment cons - no lift, only stairs that you need to bring your luggage all the way up (it has 4 levels) - self check in (they only put your name and your hotel card at the counter - risk of getting switched & missing) - the lobby was dirty ( we saw cochcroaches at the microwave / kitchen area) - the room was small and outdated (the tv cabinet was falling apart.. and the slippers were full with dust) and another thing, our room got broken lights and their staff was unreacheable, we have to got to another building (k guesthouse ddp premium 1) to ask for the staff.... thats all for my part, hopefully the owner can take my complaint and improve .

    good budget stay, with own bathroom. however, room is small and is only good for one person. there are no elevators and i was with a luggage and given a room at 5th floor.

    Very convenient location, close to key spots and transportation. It’s budget-friendly without compromising quality, and the cleanliness is impressive. Overall, a great stay for its price

    Location wise. This place is good but not for someone with elderly. No elevator and the room is very small. I think this is good for solo travelers and short stays. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, It’s a peaceful place. I don’t hear noises.
