B&B Romeo

The location was fantastic and central to all the shops and historical sites. There were shower amenities and fun coloured lights. Breakfast was included at a local cafe down the street. The owner happily carried out bags down the stairs and arranged a taxi to the airport.

The stairs to get to the property were very steep and the railing was not very sturdy. Felt dangerous to carry suitcases up and down. There was a smell coming from the fan in the bathroom. The sheet washed and clean but the quality could have been better, it felt like I was sleeping in someone else’s bed.

The host was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Mobility challenged people would have issues with the stairs. It was listed as spacious but was less spacious than expected.

We were very happy at B&B Romeo. Antonio was very helpful, helping us to find reasonably priced parking when we arrived. Communication was easy and the apartment was as we expected. We already knew about the very steep stairs from other reviews, so they weren't a problem for us. However I think some other guests would find them challenging, especially with large bags. The apartment is in a great location and was very clean. Our breakfast was included and we had this in a cafe around the corner which we really liked. We would definitely return!

The only thing I can think of is that maybe the window outside of the bathroom could do with a curtain or blind. Fortunately the towels were a good size! 😂
