ALLA CORTE DEGLI ALBEROLUNGO

Obiekt zdecydowanie godny polecenia. Lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta. Bardzo czysto i przytulnie. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, a kawa pyszna🙂 Świetny kontakt z zarządcą.

Communication with the manager was excellent and we found the place with no problem. He sent a video to help identify the way to reach it. It was well located and very comfortable.

Everything was amazing . I f I come to Bari again, I would stay at the same place. Thanks to Signor Nicolas for his hospitality

The property itself was beautiful, especially the scenic spot that is perfect for photos. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the center.

The communication with the hosts was terrible from the very beginning. I had to initiate contact myself days in advance just to ask about check-in, and they took days to give me a basic reply. They didn't even attempt to translate their messages from Italian to English. We received absolutely no check-in instructions or info about the property beforehand, resulting in us waiting outside for 20 minutes just waiting for an update. We felt like we had to constantly chase them down instead of feeling welcomed. Additionally, they lack basic amenities like an iron, and when we politely asked for a paid ironing service, their response was completely unhelpful and dismissive, leaving us unsupported on a Saturday night. Beautiful place, but the hospitality was non-existent.
