Liked the location and breakfast was lovely.
Staff at breakfast could be nicer. There was a difficult customer woman with dog who got many in distress and police and animal control got involved. We should have been apologised and explained what was happening. Poor animal barking for over 1 hour in distress!

Location excellent , modern and upscale feel to foyer and restsuant/ bar area. Has a valet parking service which is great so close to old town. Breakfast on 7th floor with a fantastic view was a lovely surprise.

Breakfast was ok. The room was large and bed was comfortable.
The disappointment for me was that the toilet didn’t flush. It was late when we worked this out. The dissatisfaction comes from when I told them what was going on with toilet, the response was that can happen.
