Giardino dei Lenti

The location is wonderful - just a couple of minutes away from the castle and the old town. A true gem. We were traveling with a 2-yo so our focus was their comfort. They enjoyed the courtyard a lot. The nearby park had a playground and we could reach a couple more in less than 10 mins with a stroller. The crib was provided and had a mattress, pillow , duvet and a blanket. All great. We could use the kitchen as a separate area while the toddler was sleeping. And the courtyard has tables with chairs which are also lovely for a relaxing night in. The apartment is comfortable, clean and has everything you would need for a short stay - including storage cabinets. The bathroom is probably the best I've experienced in Italy. Clean, new and compact. You can order a change of towels earlier, which is great for us. We would definitely consider it for our next stay in Bari.

Nothing major. A squeaky door here and there. Maybe mostly the bathroom door was not comfortable for us as the crib was situated next to the bathroom and the door doesn't isolate noise that much. But we managed it and it's definitely not a huge problem for a couple of nights

Amazing location! Great communication. Air con was excellent

Great location everything is within 600 metres from the Old Town. Retail area also about 500 metres away. Good size for 2 people, with a kitchenette also in the room we were in. Apt 2.

Multiple keys and codes to access, which would get a little annoying, but we understand this is for security reasons. To use the air-conditioner the full set of keys were attached to the special air-con key, which meant, you couldn't go out and leave the air-con on. So you always came back to a hot room. Overall, still good.

the location was perfect

the drill work at 7:30am was out of nowhere, also toilet paper was just 1 roll on couple for 2 days, very early check out but as we woke up because of the loud renovation so that wasn’t a problem. heating didn’t work. it could be great at least that 1 electrical towel dryer would be working in bathroom. very poor air quality, smelled like mold.
