This property was very clean and an easy walk to the historical center of Bari. There were very good restaurants nearby as well which was very convenient! We left some clothes behind and they let us know and we were able to pick up on our way back to Bari to fly out. They were very good about communicating this.
The check-in was very difficult as you use an app to check in and there was a lot of confusion as to lock boxes as there are so many in the same building. The were many stairs and no one to greet or help us carry up our luggage and we had no idea what floor we were on. Once we got in there were no instructions on how to use heating/AC. The stairs up to extra bedroom and down to the bathroom were very steep and a little scary for over 65 crowd or I would think small children.
