The location makes it easy to wander around the historic, medieval old town of Bari. It is clear that this accommodation is new and/or has recently undergone a high-quality renovation and refurbishment. The apartment itself has a truly nice atmosphere, and the little touches in hospitality can be appreciated very much: quality towels and bedding, short but well-written and well-designed instructions for the apartment and the sauna, earplugs next to the bed, and the cleanliness of the whole property. It was also nice touch to have a proper espresso machine. The whole place is just put together well, and reflects a high level of thoughtfulness and taste. Nothing fancy, but quiet taste for the discerning traveler. +1: Try their Gelateria founded in 1880.

A bit loud even in the evening, hence the earplugs; we slept really well though.

The presentation of the unit was excellent. Well appointed with top quality fittings and fixtures. Hosts were fantastic. They helped the taxi with directions and met us when dropped off. The gelateria and cafe at the entrance were special.

If we weren’t met by the hosts we would have struggled to identify the front door. Just needed a small sign above it?

The excellent layout and interior design were far beyond our expectations when we first set foot into the modest entrance. The large room was more of an apartment than a room. When we phoned the host on our arrival he was there within minutes to open for us and help with the luggage.

We loved everything of this room.

Location is good but a very and the flat is very nice (loved the steam shower) but the area is very congested with people day and night.

Check in process was a mess. We were told there was an area outside of the property to temporarily park to drop our bags and that is absolutely not accurate. The area is extremely congested with people and cars. We were not greeted by the host and had to remote enter pay the local Tax to a gelato place that has a line of 30 people in it all day and night and the staff was somewhat rude. We traveled all over puglia the past two weeks And were were greeted warmly by all Of our hosts except this one. This place is ok the premium side of places to stay and I expected better service at check in. If you don’t have a rental car this place will work…..a taxi (if you can get one from the train station) can drop you near by. If you have a car and lots of bags to deal with….i wouldn’t choose this place.
