Friendly, efficient staff.
Clean room. Very central. Everything in walking distance.
Breakfast basic, but sufficient.
The door to my room wouldn't open a couple of times, and had to go down to reception for help.

The room was spacious and the breakfast generous. The location was good only a short stroll to the old town and numerous restaurants.
The wifi was archaic with only being given individual sign in codes and having to renew each day. Come on this is old technology. We also had a nice bottle of wine to drink but there were no wine glasses in the hotel. The walls must be thin because you could hear conversations next door. We also had to pay for individual cups of tea at 2€ a cup was expensive given the hotel was not a cheap one.
