Location and comfort.
Not enough toilet paper and no coffee facilities. Whilst setback in quiet location, occasional loud banging in the late evening.

Very very central. Right in the heart of the old town. You can walk everywhere within a few minutes.
Anonymous self-check in. There was no key in my lockbox, however that was very quickly resolved. My main issue was that they didn’t allow luggage storage after check out despite there being plenty of space and other guests had stored their bags in the hallway. Also, the rooms are very dark with no daylight.
