About this apartment rental
Canal front 2 bedroom condo in Heron Harbour community! This condo is located on the second floor of the Bay Watch II building. The kitchen is fully stocked including appliances such as a ninja blender. This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a stacked twin over full sized bed with a twin trundle. There is also a queen sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. Relax on the large balcony and enjoy the picturesque water view. This condo also offers cable TV, high speed internet/wi-fi and a washer and dryer. Great commnunity with 2 outdoor pools and tennis courts! This is the perfect vacation location - close to restaurants, shopping, Northside Park, etc. You're only a 10 minute walk to the beach and ocean!
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $129.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.

This condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable! We absolutely love this development and the pools were incredible and very clean and the grounds are kept beautifully. This condo also has an incredible view of the bay!

Everything was as promised and the location and view from the balcony couldn't have been more beautiful and quiet. I stayed with my 82yr old mother and we enjoyed the peaceful and well groomed setting at lot. The pools are also very well taking care of and not crowded. Best stay I had in a long time! The only downside is the early check out, but we were able to get an extra hour.
