Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This rental was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The pool area was very nice with large pools. The beds were of good quality. Our family had a wonderful stay.

The location and views are beautiful! The first day there we killed at least a dozen flies. It was disgusting. I also found padding inserts from a bathing suit in the master bedroom. Empty juice pouches. There are a lot of great things about this but the cleanliness could definitely be improved. We tried using the oven once and it started smoking from previous drippings burnt in the bottom. We didn’t use it the rest of the time for fear of setting off the smoke detector.

We were very disappointed in this property and the lack of responsiveness from vacasa management. We traveled down for a wedding with a 19 month old. It took us 45 minutes to get into the house because they gave us the incorrect code. We had to go back to the office to get a key and wait for management come to test the code which didn’t work so they gave us a new one. The house is very dusty, no one has cleaned behind or under the beds or between any of the furniture. There were stains on the carpet and chips on the floor next to the couch. We woke up the first morning to an ant infestation by the sliding door in the master bedroom. We called at 6:00 am they put a ticket in and we requested a call from management. Still have yet to hear from them. There seems to be a lack of communication between management and the front desk at vacasa. Will not use them in the future for any rental properties.
