About this house rental
Relax and unwind at this peaceful place. Spectacular sunset views of Lake Michigan. Sandy beach with easy access. Private subdivision. Comfortable spacious interior, new living room furniture, AC, big 65" TV, updated designer kitchen w/soft close doors & drawers, quartz countertops, apron sink. Front & rear decks are the ideal place to relax & outdoor dining. Use kayaks, paddle board, inner tubes. Our summer home since 1978. A separate rental application & agreement must be completed.
The space:
Basic amenities--standard kitchen appliances plus coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, toaster, toaster oven, and utensils. Included are the use of any condiments in the fridge and spices in the cabinets. Towels for bathroom use included. Bedding for the three bedrooms is included.
Guest access:
Access the entire property but please be respectful of and do not use the items we use to improve, maintain, and live in our home: tools and supplies in the lower level, extra items in storage, food in the freezer on the lower level, food in the pantry. (You are welcome to use spices in the kitchen cabinets and condiments in the fridge). Drive from Lakeview Drive into our driveway and park at the back of the property. Best access is up the back stairs and enter the side entry (south) door. Three cars can be comfortably parked behind the house. Extra parking across the road.

Use the TV and DVD's for your viewing pleasure. We now have TV streaming, WIFI, and internet service.

The location was amazing! We were in awe of the views and sunsets and beach fires and the private beach and the neighbors were so nice! It was amazing. However there was no screens on some windows and when we first got in, the amount of flys and fruit flys was extreme. It made diffcult to cook in peace and enjoy a meal at the dining table bc of the flys and nats. But the outdoors and the beach and chairs and decks and grills, great. We had a great time,even with the bugs! The Host was so nice and let us come early free of charge. We 100% plan on coming again.
