Stunning home on a dune with outstanding views of Lake Michigan from every level and almost every window! This home features 3 outdoor decks for entertaining, including the rooftop terrace. The rooftop/4th level of the home has a kitchenette with a fridge, a sink, and a Keurig, so you don't need to go down to the main kitchen to get your beverages! You can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sailboats and freighters go by! The shared private beach access is only 1/4 of a mile from the house, within walking distance. There is a great playground near the beach for the kids!

There are also two sleeper sofas in the living room for additional sleeping! There is a firepit outside for you to enjoy, a gas grill for the outdoor cook, as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing off when you get back from the beach! This is not a pet-friendly property.
Silver Lake is located in Mears, Michigan, and offers shorelines along Lake Michigan and Silver Lake. While vacationing here you won't want to miss out on the experiences that the massive Silver Lake Sand Dunes have to offer. Rent a jeep of your own or head over to Mac Wood's Dune Rides for an adventurous ride on the sand dunes. Nearby is the Hart-Montague Bicycle Trail which will take you along 22.5 miles of scenic routes. The quaint little town of Pentwater is located just north of the Silver Lake area. The location and the views were wonderful! The air conditioner wasn’t working when we checked in, but the management company took care of it quickly, although it was never totally regulated.
The furniture was older, worn, and dirty.
