Villa with private pool and garden situated in Manerba del Garda in a small complex of few villas, in a very quiet area and very close to Lake Garda.



This pet-friendly villa, equipped with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests with the bright living room provided with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with SAT channels, a table with chairs, a new and modern kitchen fully equipped with every electronic appliances: a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a dish washer, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. A toilet is available on the ground floor. The living room and the kitchen overlook the private covered patio with table and chairs and with a nice view over the pool and the garden.



The first floor houses the sleeping area: the master bedroom offers a queen size bed and spacious wardrobe, together with a private balcony with a nice view over the lake. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. A full bathroom with shower completes the floor. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.

Through a staircase guests have access to the lower floor of the villa, coming with another bedroom with a double sofa bed and another bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet, WC, together with a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.



The outdoor private area of the villa is full of details and accessories that increase the value and guarantee wonderful relaxing moments to guests during the summer.



*The pool is available from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.

Guests can park their cars in the garage or in the private parking place.

Pets are allowed upon request.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda oil and D.O.C wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.



Verona airport is only 45 minutes away by car.

Please note the price is based on 4 guests; there is an extra supplement for up to an extra 4 guests - please contact Villamore for costing.

Check-in takes place between 15.00 and 20.00 and must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.

Check-out must take place by 10.00.

Cleaning Fee €500

Check-in or check-out requests for out-of-hours times may be possible according to the facility and the team's availability. An additional cost ranging from € 20 to € 40 will be charged for arrivals after 20.00.

Parties or other events at home cannot be organized.

Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the home.

Animals are not allowed unless specified otherwise.
