All four bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is no air conditioning in the living areas. In the basement there is a large cellar (basement) with a gym and sauna: two perfect facilities for a wellness holiday! Guests have exclusive access to the private villa, its private garden and private swimming pool. Parking is available within the property. Manerba del Garda is a beautiful town on the south-western shore of Lake Garda. Besides the lake, it is also an ideal place for cycling and trekking. The area is famous for the quality of its cuisine and the many locally produced wines. The location is ideal for visiting the numerous villages along the coast of Lake Garda (Salò, San Felice, Limone, Peschiera, Sirmione, Bardolino, etc.), as well as for reaching nearby cities of historical and cultural interest such as Milan, Venice, Verona or Bologna. We welcome all our guests on arrival to show them the villa and hand over the keys.
