L'extérieur est excellent. Beaucoup de places pour jouer dans le jardin, une grande piscine.
La maison comprend 3 grandes salles de bain avec WC ce qui est un plus.
Une barrière entoure la maison ce qui est agréable lorsqu'on a des enfants en bas-age.
Il y a également beaucoup de places pour parquer 3 voitures.
La cuisine de l'étage intermédiaire manque d'équipement (couteau qui ne coupe pas, pas de planche pour couper les aliments, ect...) et de la vaisselle sale. La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas bien et les capsules ne sont pas faciles à trouver.
L'espace de vie du rez-de-chaussée est plus petite que celle du sous-sol mais celle du sous-sol est très sombre.

The villa is located almost on the beach of the lake hence you can enjoy the lake view from the top bedroom. The location itself is nice only if you travel with your own vehicle.
The property has 5 bedrooms and plenty of rooms for a big group to enjoy their stay.
The person who handed over the keys was very nice and friendly, everything went super smooth.
Clean dry towels, neat white beddings - everything was okay.
Some of the things in the property could use some maintenance as door knobs were falling off, the vacuum cleaners were not properly functional etc. It would be great if the host can improve these things and make the property more useable.
The TV unit on the ground is very old compared to other TV units in the property, would be a nice improvement to add a better TV on the ground floor as well.

Le niveau le plus spacieux de la maison est malheureusement situé en sous-sol.
