The villa is located almost on the beach of the lake hence you can enjoy the lake view from the top bedroom. The location itself is nice only if you travel with your own vehicle.
The property has 5 bedrooms and plenty of rooms for a big group to enjoy their stay.
The person who handed over the keys was very nice and friendly, everything went super smooth.
Clean dry towels, neat white beddings - everything was okay.
Some of the things in the property could use some maintenance as door knobs were falling off, the vacuum cleaners were not properly functional etc. It would be great if the host can improve these things and make the property more useable.
The TV unit on the ground is very old compared to other TV units in the property, would be a nice improvement to add a better TV on the ground floor as well.

Die Unterkunft hat uns auf überzeugt! Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von den großzügigen, schön gestalteten Räumlichkeiten. Sowohl das Erdgeschoss als auch das bereits renovierte Untergeschoss sind modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bieten viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen.
Ein großes Plus: Das Haus eignet sich hervorragend für Reisen mit mehreren Familien. Es ist genügend Platz für alle vorhanden, man kann wunderbar gemeinsam Zeit verbringen, ohne sich eingeengt zu fühlen. Gleichzeitig bietet die Raumaufteilung genug Rückzugsorte für jeden Einzelnen, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht.
Der Check-in verlief absolut reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, direkt eingewiesen und haben alle wichtigen Informationen erhalten. Auch die Kaution wurde am Ende ohne Probleme zurück gegeben.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls super: Sowohl das Stadtzentrum als auch der Hafen sind in etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Abkühlung und Spaß sorgt der großzügige Pool, der während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts sogar professionell gereinigt wurde – ein weiterer Pluspunkt für Komfort und Sauberkeit.
Insgesamt eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden – wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!
Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass die Unterkunft nicht über eine Klimaanlage verfügt. Besonders im Dachgeschoss kann es sich in den warmen Sommernächten durch die tagsüber aufgestaute Wärme etwas aufheizen. In den unteren Etagen und im Keller war dies deutlich weniger spürbar. Wenn man jedoch die meiste Zeit draußen am Pool verbringt, ist das gut auszuhalten – und angesichts der vielen positiven Aspekte tritt dieser Punkt eher in den Hintergrund.
