Situated in the heights of Amboise, discover this attractive, contemporary, refurbished bungalow, just a 10-minute walk from Amboise town center and its Château Royal.
The accommodation comprises an entrance hall opening onto a welcoming lounge area with flat-screen TV, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, kettle, etc.) opening onto the dining room. The living spaces are comfortable and bright, completely refurbished to welcome you!
The house has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other two with two single beds (90cm). There's also a lovely bathroom with bathtub.
The house's little plus? A lovely shaded terrace and a small private garden!
Situated in a quiet residential area, just a stone's throw from Amboise's shops and tourist attractions, Maison du Petit Choiseul is sure to delight young and old alike!
The apartment is close to the town center.
Free parking is available in front of the apartment.

Late check-out and early check-in are possible for an additional fee (€10/hour) and upon request only.
Any unapproved late check-out or early check-in will incur a €50 charge to compensate the cleaning staff.

Departure is at 10 a.m. maximum.
