About this house rental
This is an entirely private unit, without shared entrance our backyard. If you have a larger party and wish to book both sides of this duplex, look for our listing called "Seeing Double" (sleeps 14).
This home sits in the perfect hybrid of a beautiful, mid century modern neighborhood, meticulously maintained and safe---and the busier areas of town that will put you in the center of the best attractions in Loveland. A few blocks from 3 different golf courses, including a par 3 teaching course of children. It is directly across the street from Benson Sculpture Garden and Park. Another short walk to North Lake Park with food trucks and live music on Wednesday nights. Down the street from Lake Loveland. 10 minute drive to Boyd Lake State Park and Horsetooth Reservoir. 15 minutes to Budweiser Event Center.

We had a great stay while we were in Fort Collins. The house was perfect for our needs and the location was good. Kami was very responsive and accommodating during our stay, especially when there was an issue with the AC. The kitchen was well equipped. The game room and board games available kept everyone entertained and it was nice having a TV both on the main floor and in the basement. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was very clean, it has a fully stocked kitchen making meal prep for the family easy. Tons of room! Only down side is road noise but every bedroom has noise machines. Great stay.

We used this space as a home base for our wedding weekend! The boys stayed on one side of the duplex and the girls on the other, and it was perfect. The house is very comfortable, clean, cozy, and suuuuper cute. It had everything we needed to have a really perfect weekend. Kami was super kind and communicative, and left us a really sweet card and flowers for our wedding which was so thoughtful. We would stay here 100x again.
