PET FRIENDLY. 5 blocks from nightlife, dining, breweries, museum, LUX movie theater, coffee shops, art galleries, historic Rialto Theater, bars, and more. 3 upstairs bedrooms: king bed master suite with TV, queen bed deluxe room with fireplace, third bedroom w/ twin bunk beds. Full bathroom upstairs, half bathroom downstairs. Sleeps 8 with queen pullout couch bed. Kitchenette with 2 fridges, double burner, microwave, keurig, and toaster oven. Couch, recliner, extra large flat screen TV, cable & internet included. Central Air conditioning/heating with thermostat. Private parking lot, free street parking, and private fenced yard.

This place was in good condition, very clean home, easy to access. Host was accommodating as we had to add on another night last minute and it worked out! Location is close to downtown but also not a far drive to the mountains, it was great.

The specific unit rented was welcoming to pets with a separate direct access to a fenced area that included a grill and seating. 1.5 bathrooms, shower only. Hotplate only, no oven, but does have microwave and toaster oven although we couldn't get the toaster oven to work. Both a small freezer/fridge and separate mini drink fridge. Nextdoor grocery store (Safeway) permanently closing soon. A few short blocks from the 4th Street downtown area including dining, events, and a city museum. A few blocks from the state highway that goes to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park (about 45 minutes away). Unit is a long state highway 287, but traffic runs at city speed in that stretch and is not loud since both the unit and its assigned outdoor space are behind the house.
