Game Room & Fire Pit: Family-Friendly Loveland Gem

We had a great experience at this location. It was exactly as described and pictured and just what we were looking for. We were in Loveland for a family wedding and wanted a location for our immediate family members to get together and hang out. The two living rooms and large dining room with a big table was perfect for the 12 of us. 6 adults stayed at the house very comfortably, the other 6 stayed elsewhere. The modern appliances in the kitchen meant that we were able to cook a big dinner for everyone on one night--plenty of dishes, pots/pans and utensils (even a kettle.) It is located close to shopping and lots of restaurants, so we were able to order take out for the other nights. Lots of towels and supplies available. It was too hot to use the outside deck, but inside the A/C worked well to keep all of us comfortable. It's an older home, that has been remodeled, in an older neighborhood. It was very quiet and peaceful. Entry was simple--a key in a lock box. Dave was easy to contact and very responsive to all of my inquiries.

We encountered no problems with the house. As I mentioned before, it is an older home in an older neighborhood, but remodeled and well maintained. The upstairs bathroom is smaller than modern homes, but worked for us.
