Introducing our newly renovated chalet, conveniently located just 5 blocks from the heart of downtown Loveland. This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home features a large living room with sofa bed and a cozy basement with sleeping spaces for three additional guests. Enjoy the amenities of our beautiful expansive kitchen, cozy modern bathroom, & large laundry room. You'll be close to bars, restaurants, LUX movie theater, pinball arcade, axe throwing bars, local festivals, and tons of other entertainment options. The big backyard features a grill & fire pit, making it perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee for your entire stay. 3 pet maximum.

We loved our stay here. Although the neighborhood was interesting, the house itself was stunning with beautiful updates and plenty of space for our group!! The hosts were incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Checking in and out was an easy process.

The property was as described. Clean and comfortable. Right next to a grocery store so that was nice. There were a bit of homeless people in the neighborhood but local law enforcement were present and we didnt have any problems with them. Overall a very great place to stay and very close to the softball complex we were at the majority of our time there.
