About this chalet rental
Introducing our newly renovated chalet, conveniently located just 5 blocks from the heart of downtown Loveland. This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home features a large living room with sofa bed and a cozy basement with sleeping spaces for three additional guests. Enjoy the amenities of our beautiful expansive kitchen, cozy modern bathroom, & large laundry room. You'll be close to bars, restaurants, LUX movie theater, pinball arcade, axe throwing bars, local festivals, & tons of other entertainment options. The big Fully Fenced backyard features a grill & fire pit, making it perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee for your entire stay. 3 pet maximum.

The Chalet was perfect for our stay to celebrate my daughter’s CSU graduation. Great communication with the owners perfect size for my daughter and I. If we had 2 kids they would have LOVED the downstairs room for themselves . The hom. was comfortable, walkable to the cute downtown, and LOTS of places to eat and drink/sip. Unfortunately the Safeway right next to them is no longer in operation, but the Natural Grocers is supplied us with everything we needed

We loved our stay here. Although the neighborhood was interesting, the house itself was stunning with beautiful updates and plenty of space for our group!! The hosts were incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Checking in and out was an easy process.
