PET FRIENDLY. 5 blocks from nightlife, dining, breweries, museum, LUX movie theater, coffee shops, art galleries, historic Rialto Theater, bars, and more. 3 upstairs bedrooms: king bed master suite with TV, queen bed deluxe room with fireplace, third bedroom w/ twin bunk beds. Full bathroom upstairs, half bathroom downstairs. Sleeps 8 with queen pullout couch bed. Kitchenette with 2 fridges, double burner, microwave, keurig, & toaster oven. Couch, recliner, extra large flat screen TV, cable & internet included. Central Air conditioning/heating with thermostat. Private parking lot, free street parking, and private Fully Fenced backyard.

Nice property, very clean. Beds were not as comfortable as other reviews claimed, especially the bunk beds (which are not for adults). While I’d definitely recommend staying there, there are a few things the owners could do to make the stay more comfortable. Most of the lights in the house are bright white, including fluorescent overheads (one that flickered) in the living room. The bathrooms had no shelving to put a makeup bag or curling iron. Little creature comforts that make the stay, in my opinion. But otherwise a nice place to stay.

Great location! We enjoyed the short walk to the downtown area, and the 7 Brews was just around the corner. The living room/kitchen area was tight for four people, but, on the upside, the bedrooms were spacious and provided quality sleep. We would definitely go back.

The condo was neat and clean, exactly as promised. My husband and I both thought the bed was very comfortable--we slept well all 3 nights we were there! The host was easy to communicate with and very prompt with any answering any questions we had.

This place was in good condition, very clean home, easy to access. Host was accommodating as we had to add on another night last minute and it worked out! Location is close to downtown but also not a far drive to the mountains, it was great.
