The layout was fabulous, especially the gaming room right off the kitchen, so while meals were prepared, the kids were within earshot! Also, the neighborhood was safe and quiet,

The pics of the outside of the house don't do it justice, the inside is fabulous. Great area, close to things to do or shopping, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend

This house was awesome. Our family of 3 (with 5 year old), plus a friend, stayed and it was so much fun. Each morning and evening we had plenty of entertainment at the house between the arcade games, air hockey, foosball, hot tub, and theater screen. The kitchen was well supplied for easy meal prep. We enjoyed the location: Great playground across from the lake/big hearts in Loveland. Easy drive up to Estes Park for beautiful views. Perfect learn-to-ski and tubing hill less than 30 minutes away in Windsor (Hoedown Hill). Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The house was amazing! The arcade was so much fun, the theatre room was nice, and the hot tub was relaxing! The house is close to the city, close to Rocky Mountain National Park, and close to FoCo. It was a great home base for our adventures! The host was very communicative and accommodating. Facebook group: Surprise Adventure Club
