Beautiful intimate little accomodation, great for Cinque Terre boat trip

Very nice and clean room, about 10-15minute walk to city centre and marina. Right above crowded street, but when windows are closed, room is totally quiet. Receptionist was nice and friendly, for surcharge we also got parking space behind electric fence for our car (about 3minute walk away). Furniture was new and the room was really comfortable. Be sure to book breakfast, which you can eat in privacy of your own balcony (probably the best thing of this accomodation :) )

First floor with no elevator - could be a bit unconfortable if you have very big and hard luggage.

Lovely and well thought out apartment.

Lovely apartment in a gorgeous old building - spotlessly clean throughout the 3 days we stayed. The room was spacious with new furniture and decoration, comfy bed, tea and coffee making facilities and bottled water each day. Fridge, air con and lovely balcony. The room is overlooking a busy road so there is traffic noise but this did not spoil the stay at all. Breakfast was a bonus 😃

Amazing stay :)

Thank you for such amazing stay in Sorento room:) Apartament is close to bus station (25 minutes by walk), close to city center. Inside you can expect big band, fridge, kettle and tea. Good Wi-Fi. Big Thanks to our host who was waiting for us despite exceeding check-in time:)

Sadly, not worth the money :/

The only positive thing we can say is that the host (or receptionist) was very kind and always wanted to help. They have a cleaning lady who organises your stuff and 'cleans' the surfaces. We got fresh towels in the beginning of the stay.

I'm not the kind of person who likes to write bad reviews but this is NOT worth his money. We had the 'Superior King Room' (wich is just a fancy name for a normal hotel room) and the floor was still dirty on arrival. We don't mind that our room isn't always cleaned during our stay in the same room but arriving in a clean room is the lowest standard. The furniture is pretty new but not practical. There is one closet wich has 4 big compartments, so not practical at al. The shower is lacking a window so the floor gets wet when you shower. There is A LOT of light coming from the street and the curtains aren't dark enough to get rid of the light. And that wasn't all of it. You can hear everything from everyone. A lady was talking out loud (screaming) at 1 am to another person, someone was banging with his fists on the door of a room for half an hour at 2 am and they have a very heavy frontdoor wich always closes with a bang. They offer you a free breakfast in your bedroom wich was very kind but don't expect much of it. It's was a small cup of coffee (milk wasn't available) and 4 croissants with little portions of jam (without a knife to spread it), and we needed to ask for the juices that were promised. First time I had such a bad experience with a room on booking.com . Believe me when I say, you do not want this stay.

Difficult arrangement if you arrive by car.

Nice and clean room.

They requested an arrival time but it was impossible to know with the delays we had on the Italian highways (we had a 2 hour delay due to traffic). So nobody at the reception when I arrived at 15:00. Difficult spot to stop by car to check-in and then be guided to the garage that is a block away. Parking was 15euro without a receipt and cash only (why?). City tax also paid in cash without receipt. I noticed that the host was annoyed when I requested a receipt for the accommodation before my checkout, even though it is their legal obligation. It cost 118euro for one night, I do not have to tolerate this crap.

Deep was the member of staff we saw daily. he could not have been more helpful and obliging. so polite too. comfortable bed, free breakfast which we hadn't expected, delivered to our room. great aircon. nice balcony. free water. proper fridge not just a rubbishy drinks fridge. good wifi. proper kettle and MUGS! free coffee machine in reception, help yourself. really lovely.

though quite close to the port, was pretty far from the railway station. different floor levels in hallway meant it had a step which I nearly fell down twice as it wasn't highlighted by tape as would be normal. but that's all.

Very good

The staff was really friendly and available for questions and very helpful. There was a free italian breakfast which was brought to the room ;) Free coffee was available at all times. Everything was very clean! My room was to the street, with a cute little balkony -with the doors closed you couldn't hear anything from outside.

It was kind of noisy in the house (door to the hallway), when other guests were checking in or came back during the night.

Way too expensive for the value...

The person welcoming us was nice and there is a semi-private parking around the corner for 15 euros which is practical. Coffee machine available in the hallway.

Is was not clean (especially the bathroom). The shower tube was blocked and we couldn't take our shower cause it was filling the bathroom with water.. . The elevator was not working, too bad with 2 kids and a trolley. All of this could be "acceptable" for a low price accomodation, but really 200 euros for this?!! (including parking and city taxes) This is really NOT worth it.

Unreliable

The room was clean and spacious

The management is a total joke. We chose this B&B because they advertise you can book a parking. They informed us they had no parking for us 4 hours before our arrival despite our inquiry made 2 months before and several reminders, in English and in Italian, which they never answered. The only solution they proposed was that we waited for their manager the next day but they had no idea when he would come, which we refused for obvious reasons. So, we parked in the street. It is unsafe and costs more than the parking they advertise. It took us 30 minutes negotiation to finally get improved breakfast as a compensation. They kept on saying “this is not our fault” Before our check out we asked through the app if we could leave our luggage at the reception. They never answered. During the check in, they asked my email address to send me the invoice. They never did despite several reminders, in English and in Italian.

- We were able to check in earlier than the original check-in time - The location of the building is great. - The room was clean. I really liked the spacious and modern bathroom and the comfortable bed. - We also got a little breakfast in the morning: croissants, coffee and juice.

When we arrived no one spoke English at the reception, which made the communication difficult. If we had questions, we had to communicate using a translation app. I would not have booked this room if I would have known this in advance.

Clean, modern, easy

The lady in the reception was very helpful, she was always in contact with us even outside of her shift times. There were free coffee and hard toast and marmalades available for snacking. Cleanliness was great.

One point, there was a slight smell from the bathroom drain, so we had keep the bathroom door closed while sleeping. Location is close to seaside but far away from La Spezia station for walking.

We were here for only one day, but it was worth it. The B&B had excellent communication with us upon arrival. The staff only knew Italian but we managed to understand each other, as they were very nice to us. The location was perfect, very close to the city centre, the marina and the restaurants. There is a supermarket very close (3min walk) if there is a need for anything. The room was clean, comfortable, same as the pictures provided :) The beds were very comfortable and all the facilities were working perfectly, such as a/c, hair dryer, shower. We had a pleasant time!

The only small thing is that the breakfast provided was a little poor. There was coffee and tea provided. The coffee machine was for everyone in the b&b, it was in the hall no in the room. The kettle, cups, jam, crackers were in the room. It was okay for someone who does not need a lot of food for the breakfast :)

INSTALACIONES AMPLIAS Y COMODAS EN LUGAR CENTRICO

La habitación que nos tocó era MUY linda, el baño grande e impecable. Muy cómodo todo. La persona que limpia fue muy amable con nosotras. Muebles, cama, toallas, todo de muy buena calidad. La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer Cinqueterre, es un punto de salida y anclaje para visitar los otros lugares muy bueno al estar en un "centro" por los restaurantes y facilidades cercanas.

No esperes vista linda, no tiene. La dueña italiana habla inglés hasta ahí y nada más, como es característico, con la paciencia justa. La zona es un lío para estacionar. La publicación nunca fue clara en cuanto al estacionamiento si tiene o no, pero tienen a una cuadra uno compartido, pedilo, abonalo y te dan un control para abrir y cerrar el porton.

Séjour confortable mais bruyant

Chambre très propre, bien équipée, litterie confortable. Proche du centre ville, du port. Parking en sus mais a le mérite d'exister. Hôtes accueillants. Résidence sécurisée.

Le bruit, infernal dès 7h du matin (rue, préparation des petits-déjeuners, chambres d'à côté). Impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte. Nous pensions louer dans un hôtel mais cela fait plus chambres d'hôte (pas de réception, pas de dépliants sur les lieux à visiter, obligation de prendre rdv pour l'arrivée, heure des petits-déjeuners fixe qui oblige à tout planifier à l'avance). Petits-déjeuners servis en chambre identiques tous les matins (1 café ou 1 cappuccino, 1 croque-monsieur, 1 croissant industriel, 1 jus multifruits, 2 biscottes emballées avec confiture industrielle). Pas de possibilité de se resservir.
