Great location. Bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Parking space at property.
Difficult to keep upstairs cool and downstairs warm. Tricky to get into parking space.

There was lovely welcome basket of goodies for us upon arrival. Great location. We were given access to the garage to store out bicycles.
The bed downstairs was not comfortable. The kitchen lacked a few things - a second cutting board, a large pot, and more glasses would have been useful.

Location great for the ferry and exploring Orkney Mainland. In a pretty part of Kirkwall. Cosy rooms and off street parking. Really helpful agents.
Could not work out the hob on the cooker. Got blocked in on our last day by a lorry taking down caffolding but they were gone in 1.5 hours.
