Everything fine. A pleasant stay

Νice, clean and spacious appartment. The building was pretty quiet (just for the record: there is no soundproofing, or it is inadequate). The neibourhood too, but in winter time with the windows closed (thw appartment is located besides a big avenue). Being welcomed by a person is a plus for us. Metro and train station are 6-7 min away (walking distance). The centre of Paris is about 35-45 min (by train/metro), but we were aware of this fact.

Tiny detail: A small toaster machine would be appreciated. We did not find one. We found a slice bread toaster.

A cost effective apartment with all you could need

Very comfortable apartment about 15 minutes from Paris The beds were comfortable, linen and towels were good. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is located about 7 minutes walk away from the Bagneux station and the supermarket is underneath the complex. Security is good

Family Paris Trip 😊

We have just returned from Paris tonight. We stayed in this apartment for our time there. For us it was like a home away from home. Plenty space. Plenty utilities. Supermarket right underneath you. Local Coffee Shop across the road and the train station (Arcueil Cachan) literally a 5 minute walk away. The apartment itself is exceptional, clean, spacious, lots of facilities that allow you to feel like you have your own house in Paris with great views over the city from the balcony area. Check in was super easy and the Staff (Sandra) was extremely helpful. Jazmin the host was aslo very nice and communicated very well. Overall this place is easily a 10/10. If you are going to Paris I would highly recommend this apartment it's very well priced and great value for money and you the host and staff are extremely nice. My family loved it and we had a great week in Paris and Disneyland with our apartment as the base. Thankyou Jazmin and Sandra we will most certainly be back 😊

firstly the house is very well located, public transport is close by and the supermarket is just below the building. the house is very beautiful and has a great view. very good for trips where you don't just want to stare at the walls of the hotel room.

Zeer goed uitgerust. Vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger werkten prima. Keuken prima ingericht. Zelfs vaatwasblokjes lagen klaar!

Het is niet in het centrum natuurlijk, maar zeer goed bereikbaar met ov. Metrostation ligt op loopafstand.

Agradable estancia, repetiré

Muy bien decorado y muy limpio, el personal muy agradable, con buena comunicación, aunque hicimos el checkout pronto nos dejaban dejar las maletas hasta las 19:00. Muy bien comunicado con el centro de Paris en metro línea 4 o tren RER B, que con un transbordo también llegamos a Disneyland, el barrio muy seguro, llegamos una noche el tren a la 01:00 y muy bien. Hablan español que también es de agradecer. Cuando regrese a Paris no miraré otro volveré a este apartamento.

Los 10 minutitos de Paris será en coche o taxi, en metro o tren está a 30 min de la isla de la Cité, pero aún así merece la pena, el traslado es muy cómodo y rápido, el metro funciona fenomenal.

Logement très propre et en très bon état.

Nous avons remarqué de suite la propreté des lieux! Ayant séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans des établissements à proximité, nous avons apprécié le bon état du logement. Nous nous sommes sentis de suite à l’aise. De plus, il est très bien situé et a un magasin juste en dessous, ce qui facilite énormément pour faire ses courses.

Le logement est parfait mais serait vraiment exceptionnel avec une télévision un peu plus grande et un petit extérieur (table et chaises) pour profiter du soleil en buvant son café ☺️

Отличные апартаменты рядом с M 4 и RER B

Понравилось все. Оказалось, что это квартира в новом доме. Хотя по фото было непонятно. Очень чисто, хорошо укомплектованная кухня, есть все даже для длительного проживания. Было тихо, несмотря на то, что это многоэтажный дом. Хорошо работает отопление. На нижнем уровне здания супермаркет. Рядом булочные с круассанами и багетами. Кафе и рестораны тоже есть. В нескольких минутах ходьбы метро 4 и электричка RER B, на которых быстро попадаешь в центр Парижа.
