Good apt, needs some fixing

The apartment itself is really spacious and comfortable with anything you might need for a longer stay. Well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher (dish pods as well) and comfortable beds and couches. Windows were noise cancelling, huge pro. Really close to the train station, store, good restaurants and a bakery!!!

The shower ceiling is covered in mold and makes cleaning yourself very off putting. Toilet seat was broken and very uncomfortable to sit on as a sharp piece of plastic was digging into the skin. For a 5 day stay we were equipped with half a toilet roll for 2 people, with no more to be found in any closet, which resulted in buying more at the store.

Location was just perfect, allthough the metro station was located across the street, it didn't interrupt my family's sleep at all. The windows are so perfect, shutters muffled street noise so well that a couple of nights we even slept with our windows open. It was very convenient to walk to the metro station, because it was just there. :D We loved that washing machine was in a separate room and we could wash our clothes even at night if necessary without hearing it. Luckily there was also a drying rack, so we were able to dry clothes on the balcony. The apartment has a very compact layout. The beds were very comfortable. Appartment was roomy and we loved that every room had separate door, so everyone got privacy. Large bathtub in the bathroom. The grocery store is located a few metres before entering the appattment, it is very convenient. Very quiet appartment, you don't hear neighbours, exept one night party, but it was outside. On picture is the view from our bedroom, we liked that too.

The kitchen was very comfortable too, but there was no oven. And that was a surprise. The microwave is available, but it's not the same and it sets limits to what you can buy from groceries and what meals you can prepare. Also there is no air conditioner, but windows' shutters helped a lot. On our last night there, when we already thought about how to pack and leave in the morning and we had to wake up at 5 a.m., it turned out that instead of being able to go early to sleep, there took place very loud concert right under our windows. I understand that maybe the owner of the apartment was unaware of that party, but it was really loud. Thankfully it only lasted a couple of hours, but as we had no information about the duration of the party, then it made us wonder if and when we could sleep.

In the neighborhood it was a group of sketchy people the three days, we arrived to the apartments and the blankets was hanging on every door. My dad got lock in the bathroom, we had to break the lock, but at least the owner has understood with that.

check-in era previsto per le ore 15:00. Nonostante ciò, alle ore 18:00, l'alloggio si presentava in condizioni di sporcizia e degrado assoluti, rendendolo di fatto inabitabile. Le condizioni igienico-sanitarie riscontrate sono state a dir poco disgustose: • La stanza era sporchissima. • Abbiamo trovato la spazzatura lasciata dagli ospiti precedenti ancora presente all'interno dell'appartamento. • Le lenzuola erano visibilmente contaminate con macchie di sangue. • All'interno dell'appartamento e dell'ambiente circostante aleggiava un odore nauseabondo, da vomito. • Il bagno presentava vistose formazioni di muffa, e le dimensioni del vano WC erano così ridotte da impedire la chiusura della porta. A questi problemi strutturali (incluse le porte che non si chiudevano e si aprivano autonomamente) si è aggiunta la loro completa mancanza di assistenza. Sono risultati irreperibili per l'intera giornata, non rispondendo ai tentativi di contatto e lasciandoci completamente soli di fronte a questa grave situazione. La condotta del proprietario e la situazione riscontrata superano ogni limite di accettabilità professionale e umana. Spoiler: abbiamo prenotato un altra struttura la stessa sera .

Locație bună, langa statia de transport în comun. Paturi confortabile, mai puțin una dintre canapele. Utilități ok, aparat de cafea.

Pozele nu reflecta realitatea. Este mucegai în baie pe perete și pe perdeaua de la cada. Capacul de la toaleta era crăpat și foarte uzat, era foarte incomod să stai pe el. Pereții erau ușor murdari și în dormitoare mirosea a aer închis, umed. Nu puteai seta temperatura, caloriferele sunt mici și nu am beneficiat de căldură pentru că era centralizata pe bloc și încă nu se pornise caldura. Nu exista aerisire la toaleta, e doar un mic ventilator care nu funcționează. Una din canapelele "extensibile" se extindea de fapt ca o saltea pe podea. Apartamentul necesita o curățenie generală.

Assez spacieux et bien placé pour mes besoins. Propriétaire très sympa et bienveillant.

En arrivant il y avait une odeur de linge mal séché, qui est parti une fois l’appartement aéré. Les frais de ménage sont un peu excessifs 100€ pour une nuit. Ça aurait été sympa d’avoir la possibilité de prendre un café sans avoir à acheter des capsules pour la cafetière.

L’emplacement, la taille du logement, le calme.

Pas de draps pour les canapés convertibles et un drap housse très taché. Pas assez de serviette (4 serviettes pour 5 personnes). Des draps et des serviettes dans l’armoire mais sales. Pas de savon, pas de plateau d’accueil. Un des deux canapés convertibles sale donc inutilisable. Le plafond de la salle de bain mériterait un coup de propre. Le rideau de la salle de bain pas propre. La cuvette des WC entartrée.

Para familias no es la vivienda

El piso era amplio pero estaba deteriorado

El baño era pésimo,y las toallas olían a haberse lavado solo con agua sin jabón, había polvo y en todos lados y daba un aspecto de haberse limpiado aprisa y corriendo,la terraza sucia y con basura. Esto no es una vivienda vacacional,no está para una familia La ubicación salvo que tiene estación metro al lado ,esta en un suburbio de Paris,muy alejado del centro,a unos 10 kilómetros. No lo recomiendo para una familia como nosotros,para un grupo de amigos que van a montar una fiesta está perfecto.

Muy buen alojamiento

El alojamiento cumple con lo ofrecido, es acogedor, las instalaciones son buenas, muy limpio, las instrucciones de ingreso también son sencillas, tiene ascensor, solo me fue un poquito confuso llegar al edificio, pero luego todo bien y creo que una de las mejores cosas es que está al lado de la estación de RER B que te comunica tanto con el aeropuerto de Orly como el de Charles de Gaulle, definitivamente volvería al alojamiento.

Le prix ! que je trouve un peu élevé pour un établissement situé en proche banlieue parisienne. Pendant notre séjour, chaque jour nous faisions nous-mêmes le nettoyage et la literie du lieu comme à la maison chez nous ( ) pourtant les charges d'entretien étaient ajoutées au tarif initial, ce qui rendait le prix total assez conséquent je trouve !!

Appartement propre, situé à proximité immédiate du RER. Literie correcte, cuisine bien équipée (penser à mettre à disposition des dosettes pour le café le 1er jour ;-) )
