Great location for a room in a shared apartment

Great location with walking distance from the first station of Metro M4. You have Auchan supermarket and some fastfood restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious with a large living room and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have a washing machine + dryer. The host is very welcome. He allowed us to check-in 1 hour earlier.

The description should be corrected as "one room with a double bed in a shared apartment" and not "a full apartment" because the host also stays in another bed room right next to yours. We did not know that until we waked up and saw him walking in the corridor at 5AM. It was a little bit scarry and it should be mentioned from the description. Again, the host is very friendly, he also respected our stuffs. I am OK with the sharing thanks to the large space but it is better to know from the beginning than seeing an unknown person in the dark at 5 AM.

ATTENTION! Anyone who wants to rent these apartments is very dirty, the owner is an alcoholic and will live with you in these apartments, he can always and at any time enter your territory and use the kitchen. There are no locks on the door. The refrigerator is completely unsanitary, dirty with the remains of rotten food, when asked whose it is, the answer is it’s not mine, I don’t know. Broken dishes and peeling frying pans, dirty pots. The furniture is stained and the tables are dirty. We had to clean out part of the refrigerator and wash the dishes. The shower robe was washed and yellow. The apartments smell of oriental incense. The bed was not provided for 3 people, but for 2. Upon our arrival, the owner did not answer the phone and we could not check in; an hour after our arrival, there was a knock on the door and a drunk man opened it for us. Introduced himself as Mo. A man is sick with liver cerosis, he is an alcoholic. It was scary to leave things and spend the night. 4 of us arrived, I admit my guilt in that I ordered a room for 3, but the reservation was made in February, and during this time my friend agreed to join us for the trip. My room cost 235 euros, and he asked me to pay 189 euros for the stay of the fourth person, which is several times more. For that hundred we refused to pay this amount at the first hour of the night, he put us out on the street with the children. After I told him to call the police, he allowed me to stay until the morning. We didn’t sleep that night, the children were under terrible stress. If you are planning a trip to Paris, it is better to choose a hotel; in such an apartment and with such a host, your vacation could be ruined. There is no description anywhere that this character will live with you.

Pas propre des notre arrivé frigo four micro ondes plat assiettes couverts tous et sales et j en passe nous avons louer 3 nuit nous en avons fait qu une du coût et avons expliquer tous cela à booking jusqu a l heure aucun remboursement c est inadmissible que booking laisse encore des annonces comme sa si je n ai aucun remboursement il peuvent oublier nos location et jvais leus faire une bonne publicité.

El señor vive en la casa y se queda allí mientras la alquila, no hay privacidad, la casa está completamente sucia, el baño y la cocina están contra la sanidad, no se puede cocinar, no se puede ir al baño, no se puede estar cómodo porque las sábanas están sucias y llenas de polvo, y el señor que arrienda el piso quiere cobrar por todo…

Rien du tout. Très sale de chez sale, frigo, couverts, four à micro-ondes onde… hôtel qui vit avec vous et ne le dit pas clairement et vous fait peur. A fuir !!!

La persona que nos recibió fué amable

Nunca dijerón que era una casa particular, ni que compartiriamos con el inquilino. Estaba muy re sucia La seguridad de las puertas no era buena. Nunca hubo desayuno, como describia la página. Para nosotros fué un desastre total. De 6 días reservados, solo estuvimos 1 noche. Ojalá permitieran subir más fotos, para que observen mejor el desastre. Porque las que he subido es poco. Nunca antes nos había pasado cosa igual. Esperemos nos devuelvan lo que hemos pagado.

Inklusive Frühstück soll umgeschrieben werden in „inklusive Concierge“. Der Mann wohnt nämlich in der Wohnung mit drin, benutzt die Küche, die Toilette und eigentlich auch das Wohnzimmer mit. Es riecht super streng in der Wohnung, dreckig bis zum geht nicht mehr. Wir hatten Angst irgendwas dort anzufassen. Unsere Tochter (11 Jahre) hatte Angst (mit dem Fremden in der Wohnung) allein auf Toilette zu gehen oder auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer zu schlafen. Deswegen haben wir zu dritt im Schlafzimmer geschlafen und unser Sohn musste ins Wohnzimmer. Der Mann ist nachts rumgelaufen und in der Küche gewesen, das ist einfach nicht normal und sollte explizit erwähnt werden.

Die Lage ist gut. Nicht weit vom Metro 4. Es gibt einen Supermarkt und weitere Geschäfte in der Nähe. L'appartement est bien situé. Non loin du métro 4. Il ya un supermarché et d'autres magasins non loin.

Leider viel Der Besitzer wohnt vor Ort und raucht zu viel in das Appartement. Wir sind allergisch. Das Appartement erfüllte nicht die Mindeststandards vom Sauberkeit. Die Ecken waren nicht geputzt. Die Schränke in der Küche waren voll mit abgelaufenen Produkten. Der Kühlschrank war voll, unordentlich und nicht gepflegt. (Alte Wassermelone). Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren nicht professionell gereinigt und nicht gebügelt. Das Badezimmer war voller Klopapier Rollen, die kleine Mülltonne war voll. Es gab kein Klopapier. Der Besitzer selbst pinkelte stehend und Putze nicht die Klobrille. Viele angebrochene Shampooflaschen lagen in der Toilette rum. Die Schränke im Badezimmer waren voller benutzte persönlichen Sachen. Der Fernseher hatte keine Programme... Der Besitzer wollte uns verarschen, hat uns unterstellt, den Hausschlüssel (den wir nie von ihm bekommen haben) kaputt gemacht zu haben. Sein Bekannter sollte die Tür reparieren und uns eine Rechnung von 300€ stellen. Als wir uns dagegen gestellt haben, hat er versucht uns aus der Wohnung rauszubringen. Es war einfach schrecklich

Calme et reposant .... contrairement à mes craintes initiales compte tenu de l'emplacement dans un l

J'ai apprécié le calme pendant la nuit et la qualité du Lit . L'espace disponible aussi , ainsi que la discrétion de l'hôte . La salle de bain assez spacieuse, ainsi que le coin cuisine que je n'ai pas vraiment utilisé mais qui dispose d'un équipement complet. La proximité ( 4 minutes ) du métro .

Quelques détails que j'ai précisé à l'Hôte et qu'il n'aura pas de mal à améliorer .

역하고 가깝고 바로 앞에 마트도 있습니다. 그리고 집옆에 치킨집도 맛있어요. 늦게까지 영업하더라구요..저녁으로 두번이나 사먹었어요. 그리고 종점이라서 지하철타기 편하고 바로앞에 아우찬?오션?마트 있어요.장보기 좋습니다. 숙소위치는 2존이라서 나비고이지카드 사용가능해요. 숙소방도 작지않고 주방도 작지않아요. 주방에 세탁기도 있고 냉장고에 소스들도 사용하라고 알려주셨어요. 냄비들도 있고 캡슐커피도 있어요..전 제가 가지고온걸로 커피먹고 수저세트 사용했어요.(설거지해서 일부 용품만 사용했습니다)거실에 쇼파배드랑 쇼파 한개 더 있구요..큰방에 침대있어요.화장실도 깨끗했어요. 정말 저렴하게 4박5일 있었구요~ 가성비만따지시면 숙박하셔도됩니다.

위치면이랑 모든게 좋았습니다. 조명이 조금 어두워요..그리고..다만 청소가 좀 더 깨끗했으면 더 좋았을것 같습니다. 전 일회용품이랑 일부 종이 접시를 챙겨가서 사용했지만..그전에 입실해서 사용했던부분이 잘 청소가 안되어있었습니다. 수건을 안주셔서 제가 챙겨간거 사용했습니다.유료인지무료인지 잘모르겠어요..^^;;
