Place is great location, 20m to central, quite.
Place is not new, but it's fine.
It's may be an issue to get upstairs for elder people
All needed present: fan, iron, washing machine
If you plan to be outside for most of the time - it's a great location.
Clean towels and bed, all needed cleaning chemicals.
Undergroud parking is 5min walk from car to apartment.
Highly recommend to visit CocoLoco (evening) and Augustin bakery at morning (untill 11:00)
It's top floor under the hood, it's really old house, it's very small and it's very very hot, fan didn't help much and best was - to stay outside as long as possible, but we came at hottest days.
Small fridge can be an issue for long stay
Walls repaint/clean can make place feeling even better.

I loved this booking! The location was absolutely perfect! when you walk out of the house, you are immediately on a street with all of the shops. less than a 10 minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes to the train station. the place itself was super clean and the host provided lots of equipment you might need (lots of towels, shower kits, fresh sheets, toilet paper and more). it was such a lovely little home and perfect for me and my mom to stay at. the host Jacques was also lovely and responded very quickly to all of our questions. on our first day there was a problem with the shower drain and he came within the hour and fixed it! I loved this apartment and will definitely stay here when I’m back in Menton.
the only downside is that the apartment is on the 4th floor of the building with no elevators so just beware of this fact if you plan on bringing lots of luggage. Since there is also no AC it can get hot in the apartment sometimes but the host provides an electric fan and you can open the window (the heat wasn’t unbearable but beware if you plan on staying during very hot seasons). And also there was no wifi password provided (we didn’t ask about it either) but make sure to double check with host if you need wifi.
