Perfect stay

I recently stayed for the weekend at 122 Rocky Lane, hosted by Rakesh, and had a genuinely enjoyable experience. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. From the moment I arrived, Rakesh was warm and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The space had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the overall atmosphere was calm and inviting. I also appreciated how attentive and accommodating Rakesh was throughout my visit, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Overall, everything was perfect, and I would happily stay again.

Comfortable house but in slight disrepair

Convenient with off street parking, good area with shops nearby. The house was warm either easy to use heating controls. The bedrooms were a great size and the towels were a nice touch.

The whole property could do with an upgrade in terms of decor. It was unkempt with cracks in the walls and a hole in the living room wall. There were only two forks in the kitchen and the fridge and freezer is very small for a house that sleeps 8. The plug sockets in the downstairs bedroom are inconveniently located.

Great Little home away from home. Booked for a family wedding. Clean and well equipped. Great location also. Would recommend.

Did what it said on the tin

It was a perfectly functional, clean and comfortable house that was a good base for the weekend.

Would have been handy to have a bottle opener and a bottle of washing up liquid to wash up with. Probably just an oversight.

Beds were comfortable and the property was clean.Kitchen was well stocked.Parking for two cars.

One of the bedroom doors did not close.No outside seating in the garden.No where to hang clothes in two rooms.
