Excellent experience

The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you might need, even for longer stays. It is around 15 minutes on foot from the center, in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a supermarket across the street with long working hours. Calin is a fantastic host who communicates clearly and does everything to accommodate and help his guests. Big recommendation!

Suprisingly great for longer stay in Timisoara.

Despite the older block-of-flats, the appartment itself was nicely reconstructed. Perfectly working and silent AC. Fully equipped kitchen incl. coffee machine, glass wine opener etc. The owner prepared a bottle of wine in the fridge. Small things like BT speaker, USB-charger etc.- more than great! It is clear that the owner wants a satisfied customer and does his best - very helpful with arranging some administrative stuff. Spacious living room + a table where I could work in the evening. Next time in Timisoara - 100% here!

Water pressure could be better - it takes longer time to warm water to get to the shower. Sometimes a smoking neighbour under the window. Garbagemen at 5 A.M., but that's not a problem of this specific flat.

Very nice.

Great apartment, it was nice and spacious. The bed and sofa were comfortable and the kitchen was very nice and clean. Parking is available close to the apartment and the host was very useful. The bathroom and kitchen were equipped for use so we didnt need to buy toilet paper, soap or dish wash.

The only thing that needs an upgrade is the TV. Its too small for the living room and pretty old. A bigger TV, preferably a smart one with YouTube and Netflix would be the cherry on top.

very nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close to the centre, clean and modern amenities, surrounded by lots of trees ( the smell of flowers from this trees was lovely).

Apartamentul este conform pozelor si asteptarilor noastre, iar gazda ne-a depasit asteptarile. Cateva lucruri care ne-au placut in mod deosebit: - instructiuni clare de check-in si chiar cum sa gasim loc de parcare (inclusiv video) - apartamentul este dotat cu toate ustensilele pentru a putea locui acolo, inclusiv espressor

Este genul de apartament pe care l-aș recomanda tuturor

Un apartament spațios și extrem de curat, dotat cu de toate: prosoape, uscător de păr, masă de călcat, mai multe variante de a-ți prepara cafeaua, toate ustensile de bucătărie și curățenie. În frigider era o sticlă de vin și două de apă, în dulapuri erau condimente, etc. Gazdă este foarte amabilă, mi-a răspuns la telefon de câte ori am sunat-o și mi-a oferit toate instrucțiunile de care aveam nevoie. Apartamentul se află intr-un bloc foarte liniștit, nu am auzit deloc vecinii. Lângă bloc se află Profi, Unicarm și-o farmacie. Locația este aproape de Iulius Mall și de Piața Unirii.

Parchetul scârțâie dar nu m-a deranjat.

Άνετο διαμέρισμα κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης με ευρύχωρους χώρους. Το σούπερ μάρκετ απέναντι ήταν πολύ βολικό και έχει και ένα φαρμακείο δίπλα που μένει ανοικτό μέχρι το βράδυ. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι πολύ φιλικός και με μεράκι σε αυτό που κάνει.

Sjajan i ljubazan domaćin Calin, uvek spreman da objasni šta treba, pomogne....Odlična lokacija -10-tak min. od centra grada i od velikog Tržnog centra, miran blok bogat zelenilom, besplatan parking duž ulice u kojoj je zgrada, veoma zanimljivo uređen i sređen stan! Uživali smo! Ako ponovo budemo dolazili, ovaj apartman biće ponovo naš izbor!

Totul a fost perfect!

Apartament dotat cu tot ceea ce ai putea avea nevoie (de la echipamente de bucatarie, vase pt gatit sau farfurii si tacamuri, pana la prosoape si sapunuri in baie, TV in sufragerie, uscator de rufe, fier de calcat, etc). Spatios, linistit, extrem de curat si cu multe plante ornamentale. Self check-in, foarte convenabil. Am primit pe WhatsApp mesaj cu toate informatiile necesare pt check-in, despre locatie si despre modul de intrare in cladire respectiv in apartament extrem de usor de inteles, de utile si de detaliate. Locul de parcare privat si gratuit a fost elementul pentru care am ales acest apartament, iar masina a fost parcata aproape sub geamul nostru. Foarte important mi s-a parut faptul ca atunci cand am ajuns, temperatura aerului era de 37’C, iar in frigider ne astepta o butelie de vin si o sticla de apa minerala din partea proprietarului ceea ce exprima atentia acestuia la detalii. Plasa pentru tantari ne-a ajutat să aerisim bine camerele. Am fost placut impresionati de profesionalismul de care s-a dat dovada. Multumesc si pe aceasta cale dlui Calin pentru oferta sa. Cu siguranta daca mai avem drum in zona, vom reveni cu drag. Recomand cu incredere acest apartament!
